  1. Got alot done today, I finished the motor and put in the radiator ad hooked up the radiator hoses, exhaust and drive shaft alonge with alot more painting to all the parts, installing the interior door skins and firewall and put on the grill/front bumper and head lights. Its been a very productive day so far! Engine compartment is all most the just a few more parts still. Under bod is nearly complete only a few more parts to put on the rear end and the exhaust needs fixed better. Body is looking pretty good so far, Still needs some More details added and the glass.
  2. This is the first model I've done "Right" By nut making it a Junker, There is still tons to be done but in my opinion it looks pretty good so far, I'm not going to do anything special to it except adding scale fuzzy dice. Sorry about the bad pics.
  3. Please post a link to were to get this kit, I want to do one in red, always been a fan of old doges. Nice work!
  4. That is just awesome, Great bodywork and detail!
  5. Love it! Great work, any pics of the front/engine?
  6. I really like it very cool build, lots of detail I especially like the junk in the bed, I have a tire and a valve cover in the back of mine but they aren't visible in the picture I took.
  7. Thanks for all the kind words so far guys, I have several kits started right know and will start topics on them when finished, This is one of the other kits I've done, the MPC '75 dodge dart, all box stock besides the front left wheel. I decided to make this one a faded beater, hence the barley visible faded spots on the roof, the thing I like about doing beaters is that you don't really see the flaws that much, just cover them up with rust!
  8. Here's the AMT '55 Chevy, the kit I got was the cameo model but I used the bed off the Revell '65 Chevy and it fit good, decided to make it a Junker.
  9. Wow! Absolutely beautiful, the weathering is spot on, extremely realistic.
  10. Is that a kit you can buy or is it homemade? I really like it, Nice work!
  11. Hello All, I've been into modeling for a little while now but still have a lot to learn. I've completed 3 or 4 models so far but none worth posting, they really didn't turn out that good, I am currently working on the Revell GMC plow truck and today I finished cutting out the grill witch was a first for me, I will post a picture of it as soon as I figure out how. I like to base my models on cars I've actually seen this one being one I just saw sitting in front of an old barn. Thanks for having me and I'm sure I'll learn alot and maybe someday contribute, Once again, Thanks! ~Junk
