  2. Hey Chis this is turning out incredible. I am also jealous, you have solidworks, I always wanted it but never had the bucks for it. I had Autocad but the one I had got so outdated I quit using it. If you draw up some blower pulleys I will make a set at N/C.
  3. I made these on a old Sherline we modified and made into CNC. We do have mills in the shop also.
  4. I want to go to Harbor Freight and get there magnifier mounted on a stand with LEDs around the outside.

  6. I made some very small parts for futurattraction on the lathe. I wish I could still see as good as I did when I was young. It is hard looking though glasses and a magnifying glass at a spinning part on the lathe. I am sorry about the poor photo quality I am waiting for parts for the lens of my good camera.
  7. Wow! That is excellent, Your brave cutting the tops of the doors out. I would have broke the window frames for sure. I can not wait to see more.

  9. That is unbelievable it is 1/43 scale. You must have good eyes, steady hands and a awful lot of talent.
  10. It is the same chassis and body as the snake mongoose kit but it had a clear windshield.
  11. I talked to Norm Grabowski on the phone once, I got him out of the shower. He was a very funny person, he talked forever. I had a picture in my mind of him standing there warped in a towel dripping on the floor telling jokes on the phone.
  12. Great Gassers, I saw the early SWC willys at Indy a few years ago the guy who has it now has restored it just like it was when it raced.

  14. My first car was a rusted out 71 pinto. I do not think I would want a model of that. Now I would like to do my second car a 1940 ford pickup truck.
  15. I worked on a lot of 1:1 Avenger funny cars when I worked at mckinney race cars and they all had door and hood lines. All the funny cars that ever were in the shop also had door and trunk lines. I hope this helps.

  17. I have had that surgery a couple times just remember afterwords "ice is nice". I hope your up and walking around in no time.

  21. I don't know what he was going to use for tires. The customer was doing a front engine dragster. He was using a testors 1/6 scale hemi for the motor.
  22. Those were the biggest wheels I have ever made. They are 2.850" dia and 2.750" wide the lath and mill had three hours of run time on them.
  23. I made these for a customer they are 1/6 scale in the for ground is a set of 1/16 scale and 1/25 scale.
