  1. Nice clean build.
  2. Well, here's mine. Here's some detail WIP shots to start: The kit box: Some engine shots: Interior shots: The completed model:
  3. You do amazing work. I've seen your stuff at eScale.
  4. Yeah, when I build older cars I usually put on a licence plate from the year of the car. But I like the idea of using a current plate that's marked "antique".
  5. You could blame it on the movie "Capricorn One" that was out in the early 70's. It was a good movie. It was about a faked landing on Mars. I grew up 5 miles down the road from where the LEM was built at Grumman Aerospace. And when I graduated college I went to work there as a tool designer. I did get to do some tooling work on the Shuttle wings because they built them. And in the same place the LEM was built too. They had a mural sized photo on the wall there. (Plant 5). By the way SfanGoch, it looks like you've been watching the Outer Limits too long. Look what it's done to your eyes.
  6. Awesome detail work! I like the "antique" plate touch too. I'll have to post mine. I did the Charger Daytona.
  7. Not to mention this hoax nonsense has been debunked too many times and its as air tight as a screen door. If the Chinese landed near the Apollo sites and broadcast pictures of it in live HD these hoaxter morons would be claiming it was coming from a studio.
  8. I watched it all happen live on TV. Shoot those morons that claim it was a hoax!
  9. Looks really good.
  10. Way cool. Too bad they don't make any twin rear engined dragsters.
  11. They both look great!
  12. Fantastic project! I know what its like doing all those CF decals.
  13. That looks great!
  14. Pretty cool. Must have been fun doing all those decals.
  15. My favorite fast food is no longer around. It was on L.I., NY when I lived there. It was Roy Rogers. Roast beef was their specialty (way better than Arbies). They also had food burgers and chicken.
  16. A great little "sleeper" car.
  17. That's a great build!
  18. Yes, it was metallic black. When I had my Magnum there was another guy at work a few cubicles down from me that had an '08 metallic black Magnum SRT8.
  19. My girlfriend used to call that car "the hearse". But it was one of the coolest cars I've owned. It was also the most powerful, only 340 hp. Now I have the least powerful, a Lexus CT200h at about 138 hp. And a friend of mine traded a Dodge Ram SRT10 (500+ hp) for a CT200h too.
  20. This is a model of the last car I owned. The kit comes as the SRT8 but I converted it to an R/T because that's what my car was. I had to redo the front fascia, change the wheels and the engine. At the time there was a Testors Charger kit. I got the wheels from it. The engine in that kit was horribly inaccurate and wouldn't fit. So I got the AMT Chrysler 300 R/T kit for the engine, also inaccurate but a little better and I got it to fit, plus the cover hides much of the engine. So here are some WIP photos to start with:Here is the STR8 and the R/T engines together: Here are interior shots: Here's the bottom: Here's the finished model: And here is the 1:1 car when it was brand spanking new:
  21. It sure looks great!
  22. Here's some more crazy conspiracies from YouTube:
  23. Looks good to me.
  24. And the Annunaki live on Nibiru too!
