  1. Thanks Jeff I look back at my pile of parts at the beginning of the thread and at first glance it looks like a pile of junk. I’m glad it’s going together smoothly like I said I did a lot of studying on this before I even made the thread to make sure it would work.
  2. Jeff I appreciate the complement. I enjoy taking pics of my models outside in natural lighting it brings a lot of details out. I’ve had this idea about putting the Ertl Dayton’s on for years just never did it. It was a fun build glad you like it.
  3. Yesterday I got most of the painting done and before calling it a night I put the wheels on and did a quick mock up. I’m hoping the decals will arrive before Thanksgiving.
  4. Thanks for the complement I appreciate it. I’m sure it will you won’t be disappointed with the kit. It’s has so many paint scheme options you’ll like it and I’m sure you will build it into a nice kit.
  5. Thanks for the complement I appreciate it. I would rather spend more time on painting and decaling a model than all the super in depth details because once it’s painted it becomes the model unless you tell someone it’s there you’ll never noticed it looks like it was part of the mold. On the other hand matching decals and a good paint scheme always steals the show and is a eye catcher. I’ve always try to take my pics outside to give a natural look and no hiding mistakes when it’s outside seems everything shows up.
  6. Thanks Jim I appreciate your complement.
  7. While going through my 1/32 Trucks trying to find some extra Mudflaps I ran across this old build. So I thought I would try to finish it. This evening I painted the frame and added the wheels. I also painted the interior going to let it dry before I can pick out the details.
  8. Well after several years I’ve finally got this one off the bench and on the shelf. Thanks for all that followed this saga for many years. Enjoy the pics.
  9. Hobby Lobby is now carrying the 1/32 Reefer trailer and some have the Tanker also. If you have one in your area check them out when they go on sale 40% off.

  20. Very nice your conversations are top notch guess I’m going have to try one in 1/32 scale. Did you use the first gear chassis on this? Job well done thanks for sharing.
  21. Very nice T-600 you did a great job even though you had some speed bumps along the way. Are you going to build any more 1/32 Trucks or Trailers? Hope to see more soon. Thanks for sharing.
  22. It’s amazing what a good Quality Cab Conversation does for a starting point and makes a wonderful finish. Warren you did a great job on it the bed fits well like it was made for it. I’m honored to say I got to drive a real one almost like this one but it was gray with a black bed back in 1992. Thanks for sharing.
  23. Very impressive collection Steve. All of them are Beautiful I can find a favorite among them. Thanks for sharing.
  24. Thanks for the complement. Yes I guess it’s time now for that stuff but could be a lot worse off. Yes this paint scheme is probably my favorite too.
  25. Thanks I appreciate it. The wrecker body is a AMT that came with a Mack Superliner. The boom mass I robbed from a First Gear truck.
