Hi guys…picked this up at a swap earlier today. I’ve never seen it, hit the google machine on my phone and not much came up about it. Box has a little fade and some mild tape marks on it but it looks totally complete and the decals are super nice…hopefully some decal saver will keep them that way lol. It’s marked 1975. I know about the real car but never knew this kit existed for some reason. But man the box art was too cool to resist. I had 125 bucks and walked away with the kit and a good chunk of my money still in my pocket. Going to be fun to build I think! Anybody have one built up or still unbuilt?

Wow that interior looks great, along with the foil work too! Beautiful. I hate when something like that firewall on your build gives nothing but grief. That’s when I mix up a little 2 part epoxy. 👍

Feel free! I actually had a hard time figuring out a scheme, and remembered seeing something similar online somewhere, but I used a darker green and a lighter gold from what I remember seeing. 👍👍 Thanks

Thanks! The cobra heads were fun lol. I’ve learned that the trikes with the V8 engines are a bit easier to deal with than these cycle engine versions

Hi everyone, I haven’t posted anything for several months. I didn’t spend any time at the bench over summer or fall, but a couple weeks ago I decided to get back to it with something quick and simple. So this is perfect for that…the Cobra Chopper! Number 5 of the 6 done, only the Torque Trike left. This was more fun than I expected, seeing that the box art didn’t really excite me. Very fun! Testors extreme laquer green and Tamiya Champagne gold. Driver’s seat was missing in my kit, so I made one. Other than that no real issues. Now for Shoopdog’s approval……😁👍
