  1. with RinoLiner, overspray
  2. This was Saturday, I'm catching up. ? Exactly what I did, she just moved here, and never been around because she was always tending her house for 11 years. She was complaining about work keeping her at home all the time. So I took her on a guided tour, on back roads to really confuse her. ? First time I've seen Turkeys up there, stopped the engine and watched them casually wander around, like Thanksgiving isn't coming.
  3. I have a Chopper. ? Saw the Columbia at the Williams car show this year.
  4. Skill competition won by Napoleon Dynamite!
  5. Shot rockets this morning in Chino Valley. This was a very satisfying launch. Then the cops showed up. They saw no problem, wanted to see it go higher is all.
  6. Since I have this in the stash, of course I love it! To add detail such as the spare tire is awesome. The headlights operating, I have trouble enough with trunk or door hinges! Awesome that you completed it!
  7. If someone wants to debate if this falls under "on the road" or not, go for it. ? I was on the road known as 89 going through Chino Valley and saw this Ford. I see many classics every time I go out, but don't have the phone ready. I was on the way to camp out.
  8. Dinner bells were outlawed in poverty striken communities.
  9. when following directions
  10. You didn't stuff a V8 in? ? Good job getting it built, more than I've done for about 18 months. A subject I am sort of tempted with, but want the GT. Was there a right mirror for the door?
  11. from stonemason kegs
  12. Usefulness in the eye of the hurricane is hardly subjective.
  13. Limited slip, that's what transformed this 2WD pickup. I made it up this little hill, which pleased me. I also have solid timber (square logs) and a lead brick for weight over the tail end. No electronics.
  14. This would be considered a barn find. Many years ago, I went onto the property to take pictures of the barn with open door and the Chevy, then they closed the door. They recently tore down the garage, and parked the Chevy here.
  15. What pleased me yesterday, getting to the top of a mountain I never been to before. I live about where the back corner of the pickup is, on the horizon under a taller mountain (Granite Mountain), which is about 50 miles away. Everyone goes east on AZ169 to I-17, then turn right to Phoenix, or left to Flagstaff, but never go straight ahead. I looked at maps and arial photo GIS to see if it was worth going to the Formerly Known As Squaw Mountain. It was, and it's now it's Porcupine Mountain. What pleased me the other day, resurrecting this old model rocket, with a new shock cord. 1978 was the last launch. Which followed up the first time of using a range north of me, and figuring out that I can clip off the ends of a Slo-Mo film in the phone, before downloading, and then also getting a screenshot. I was pleased to find the cool ABS box at the swap meet, to put all the launch stuff into. I could carry over some "irks" to the other thread, but I'm feeling good so I better be happy. ?
  16. Dinner got my help with lifting a vacuum so the girlfriend could clean her pot shelves.
  17. rules and regulations
  18. I always look at those kits, but never pulled the trigger. I bet nobody else has driven one. ?
  19. Had a wild hair and camped in the Grand Canyon. I drove Blue Cloud into the Grand Canyon. Even got a permit, to camp in the Grand Canyon. Nice graded dirt road most of the 19 miles, the last few miles literally follow the creek. (pictures are coming out) They built log ramadas with concrete picnic tables. Next morning, drove to the landing beach for some glamor shots. The constant roar of the rapids was a nice change of pace.
  20. razorwire safety net
  21. Sporting "normal" hair
