  1. Lately, I've been looking into all of the techniques and whatnot that goes into making rust buckets.. I've always wanted to build a few cool junkyard cars.. Some of the junkyard reference pics I saved happened to be some pretty rare, and forlorn Tri-Fives.. Maybe one of these will make one of you guys build a heap too.. '55 Bel Air convertible, looks to be a well optioned car.. '56 Bel Air 4-door sedan, amazing how well that paint job has held up! '56 Bel Air convertible, been sitting there for a really long time.. '56 Bel Air convertible.. '57 150 4-door sedan, old U.S. Army fleet car, how cool is that? '57 Bel Air convertible, yes, really! This picture is recent, hard to believe that nobody snapped this one up in the 50 or so years that it's been sitting there! '57 Bel Air convertible, same goes for this one! And that's the extent of my '55-6-7 stuff..
  2. Not too sure how much this one still counts, but it IS a '55 Bel Air.. The Aztec is one of the greatest kustom cars to ever roll out of the Barris shop.. Sam Barris really was a genius..
  3. Yo, I've got some, mostly vintage, photos of '55, '56, an '57 Chevrolets in my files, maybe yall will draw some inspiration for a future build like I did! '55 Bel Air, one of the nicer looking Pace Cars.. '56 Bel Air sport sedan cut-away display at an annual auto show somewhere, wouldn't this make for a cool build?? '57 150, I think this is a dealership postcard, the colors on this one are just right.. '57 150 Ohio State Highway Patrol car, can't believe how long we've had the same OSP door logo! Rad '57 Bel Air sport sedan billboard, this is a scan of an old Kodachrome slide.. '57 210 4-door sedan modified stock car, how cool is that?
  4. Yo, what's up! So, a really cool dude I recently did some tradin with, very generously included a very cool, but pretty forlorn Jo-Han '68 Imperial Crown Coupe promo body in with some other cars.. THANKS DUDE! It is JUST the body though.. And was battered and broken.. Well, I been doing the necessary repairs on it, and it's starting to shape up.. My ultimate goal is to make a replica of this 1-owner, low-mile beauty we used to own back in the middle 1990s : RIGHT, so, i would like to get any or all of the following parts, and I'm not picky, I'll be happy to get anything I can for it in any condition : -> Front bumper/grille -> Rear bumper/taillamps -> Rear bumper ends -> Stock wheel cover, at least x1 of em -> Interior tub -> Dashboard -> Steering wheel/column I'd get hold of a promo chassis if someone has one, but I can also make one out of another MoPar kit, glass if there's some out there, but I can make that too if need be, tires aren't an issue, nor are wheel backs, axles, etc.. These parts are 1968 only! I'll be happy with anything I can get, be it original annual '68 promo parts, X/EL parts, or even resin replacement pieces, and condition really doesn't matter.. If it's nice, that's great! If it's broken, or has shoddy plating, or whatever, no problemo, I can fix it! PM me if any of yall have anything! I'll trade ya somethin good! THANKS A BUNCH! Later -
  5. PLEASE DELETE THIS POST, THANK YOU!

Pickins are gettin slim! Still have the Hemi, the two pairs of slicks, the '53 'Vette, and the '93 Firebird available! ONE car gets all of em, and I'll even throw in some extra wheel sets and stuff too! ONE of these will do -> Monogram '69 GTO Judge, AMT '69 Trans Am, AMT '79 Trans Am 10th Anniversary, AMT Ford Explorer Snap kit, Monogram '82, '84, '85, or '88 Corvette Snap Tite, AMT Dodge Stealth, Revell PT Cruiser Snap Tite, Revell 2000s Ford Thunderbird Snap Tite, or Revell Chevy SSR pickup Snap Tite.. Send me a PM! THANKS!
  8. Yo, what's up! ...One of the things that sometimes comes along with the acquisition of a cool vintage kit, in this case, a Monogram 1993 Chevrolet Corvette 40th Anniversary... ...Decals which are F.U.B.A.R.! ...SO, I would love to be able to acquire a good, usable replacement decal sheet if at all possible... Barring that, if anybody has a nice sheet that can be scanned and/or photographed very well so that I could then have STS or whomever print me up a copy or two.. Well, that'd be swell! Anyway, I'll trade ya somethin for either yer decals or yer time/effort comin up with a good scan of em! THANK YOU!
  9. Well, Round2 has done it again! There will be a pair of '72 Dusters, a pair of '60 Nomads, and I'm guessing at least a quartet of '64 1/2 Barracudas heading my way when they get released! In my opinion, Round2 is light years ahead of everyone else in the game.. Keep up the good works!
  10. Yeah, it is.. What's left to trade is pictured in this post.. PM me if yer interested in trading! Thanks!
  11. Update : Chevelles have been traded! Thanks dude! 1 of the following will get everything that is left : Monogram '69 GTO Judge, AMT '69 Trans Am, AMT '79 Trans Am 10th Anniversary, AMT '89 Trans Am GTA, or most any other AMT, MPC, Revell or Monogram '77-88 Firebird or Trans Am Thanks!

  16. I made the continental kit from my '58 Edsel Pacer a little better.. Recessed license plate on the front cover, and will be getting a foil cast Pacer emblem.. Rear cover entirely replaced with a B.F. Goodrich tire from a '57 Chrysler 300, and a steel wheel from who knows where.. Can the back cover be seen when it's on the car? No, not really.. Totally worth it..

  20. What's up yall! Now, I know this isn't exactly model related.. BUT.. This stuff is way cool, and I KNOW that there's gotta be some gamers, or someone who knows a gamer at least, that posts on this here model car forum.. Anyway, I have a small, but premier group of collectible Fallout items that are surely of interest to someone.. I bought all of these items brand new, and they are all in mint condition.. Just thought I'd test the waters on here real quick since I posted some other stuff too.. *disclaimer here : these are NOT my photos, as my Fallout stuff is in a box in the top of my closet currently, and this being a rather spur of the moment decision to post this stuff for trade here, I simply hopped on the Google and snagged up some representative pics.. I'll post pics of my actual Fallout gear later, but for now, here's what I have to trade : > Vault-Tec CHARISMA bobblehead - mint condition, brand new in the original box > Vault-Tec lunch box - brand new and is in mint condition, inside is a rare RUSSIAN Fallout 4 PS4 game case, and a set of 4 RUSSIAN exclusive Pre-Order Fallout 4 pins, all mint condition too > Fallout Anthology Series life-size mini nuke - when you bought the anthology series of Fallout games, they came in this rad mini nuke case, the top opens to reveal a nifty secret compartment, it also makes the sound of a mini nuke explosion when you press the yellow button, I'm keeping the games, and it needs fresh batteries for the yellow button to work, but it is otherwise in mint condition > Vault-Tec Pip-Boy 3000 Mk IV - when Fallout 4 came out, a limited number of these Pip-Boy Editions were produced, they were pricey, but I bought one, it is in its original crate, and has the display stand and operators manual, and is in absolutely mint condition > I also have a Fallout 3 Game Of The Year Edition poster, a Fallout 4 Game Of The Year Edition Perk Chart poster, and Fallout 4 Nuka Cola pinup girl poster that I'd probably trade too If you're interested, message me with a PM, I'll trade em off for kits! What am I interested in trading for? PM me and I'll send you the list of stuff I'm after.. Thanks for lookin! Later -
  21. What's up yall! I been away, but now I'm back.. I acquired a friends kit collection over the summer, and after finally being able to sort thru it all, these are the ones that I decided to let go of.. Some built-up projects, some pretty rare, a couple unbuilts, some parts, ALL useful and cool! First the parts, then the cars, check em out! Here goes : PARTS - > x1 pair of pad-printed AMT twin pinstripe whitewall cheater slicks > x1 pair of AMT blackwall Goodyear Blue Streak drag slicks > x1 AMT Chrysler 426 Hemi engine, built nice and is complete CARS - > AMT '53 Chevrolet Corvette - partial build, interior and convertible top painted correct colors, nothing else is painted, has special '53 Ohio plates, dash and wheel covers are very nicely detailed, is complete except for glass and oil pan > AMT '93 Pontiac Firebird - kit is open, but 100% complete and unbuilt, nothing glued or painted, only thing that has been done is the license plate decal has been placed onto the license plate, otherwise untouched, very nicely detailed kit > '05 Chevrolet Express 2500 cargo van - 1/24 scale diecast, has had the wheels, bumpers, grille, head and tail lamps detail painted correctly, has had model kit license plates added, pretty cool van really Thanks for lookin!
