  7. Dave - the resin looks thin - but maybe not too thin - do you have any diamond coated grinding tools bits ? Did you keep any ot the scrap resin that served as the base for the printed parts - you could practice on the scrap - I think the screened portions of the fender can be removed and replaced -
  8. Clips run along the top edge of the panels - these hold wire bundles- i think for the headlights - they are bolted to the panels - so i flatten .06 alu tube- this is easy to do - just mash them in the flats of your favorite needle nose pliers - then i cobble together a jig to hold the flat section of alu - and bend and shape the clip - then each clip is drilled w a .014 hole for Master Club’s smallest 3D Printed bolt - which is .5 mill. - if you are playing along at home - try to make 2 good clips for every bad one - and try not to lose more than 1 out of every three or four bolts - - if you make 3 good clips in a row - stop and fix yourself a drink …
  9. The bottles are strapped to the panels - left and right - the securing straps were made by flattening .08 alu tube - i use aluminum rather than nickel or brass strip because it is easier to drill the bolt holes …
  10. Chucked some white delrin into the sherline lathe to make the over-flow bottles - delrin is dense enough to machine - but it doesn’t like paint - so its use is limited - but the white stuff is a little translucent - so its good for the bottles …
  11. The panels are made from.020 Evergreen sheet … started by tracing the shape of the wheel arches and then just winged it …
