  1. I used to be in the same boat on him, but he surprised the heck out of me with Last Samurai and Collateral. As for his personal life - I ignore all that stuff. None of my business anyway.
  2. I think the opening of the recent reboot of Star Trek had a great opening scene.
  3. Thanks guys. Maybe just get a tank, fill it with my garage unit and bring it into the house for airbrushing? It's no like I'm going to be spraying for hours?
  4. Whether they were good or bad they were always different and I really miss them. The '60 Desoto is stil one of my grails.
  5. Okay I'm looking into a compressor for airbrushing. Something small and quiet-ish because I'd like to set up my booth in the house. Is a tank that necessary if the compressor is good enough quality, and has a pressure regulator? Some opinions please.
  6. I have a larger compressor for the garage and it does fine for my airbrush, but I'm hoping to move move my airbrushing into the house. So need something smaller and quieter.
  7. The lack of responses speaks volumes.
  8. Yes. I move nearly everything to another sub-album once it's downloaded. I keep only my completed work on the main album page. That way it is the first thing anyone sees should they visit. Each new build has it's own sub-album. It's very convenient.
  9. My wife picked this up for me for Father's Day. After some research I'm find this isn't a very good unit. Has ANYONE had any sort of success with this unit? No tank, no regulator I think I'm going to return it and go get the Badger TC910 at Michaels with a 40% coupon.
  10. I'd also like to hear more on this. I always use the slow bend method which can be hit or miss.
  11. Very nice!
  12. Right now no. My currect place is too small. We're looking for a bigger place before the summer is out hopefully. I also still need a indoor compressor. I have a line on a used one I might be able to lay my hands on.
  13. Stellar work, welcome to the forum.
  14. Nice work, but I also cannot recall a deuce kit with opening doors.
  15. Sorry Mike, but that's NOT his best known role.
  16. I'm a fan of fastbacks in general regardless of heritage, and Torino's are a favorite. I like this a lot. Well done.
  17. Jim you certainly do have a firm grasp on the modern resto-mod genre. Good work as always.
  18. Mine was a responce to some of the drama we were having here.
  19. I'm starting back at the bench here recently, so I may get back to the '49 soon.
  20. About ten years ago now Hot Wheels finally did my favorite muscle car, the '67 Dodge Charger. I bought that first one and have been collecting them ever since, every time it comes out with a new paint job. And yeah, I take them out of the blister pack. I have these in my cubilcle at work. I'm always on the lookout for ones I don't have yet.
  21. Man, who can afford concerts anymore? The last one I went to was Billy Joel in '99 and that was $60 per. Now when an artist I like comes to town I see the cheap seats are $85+. That's just insane.
  22. Well considering the cost of fuel.............bait, tackle, boat maintenance, your decision seems a no-brainer to me.
  23. Cool I was just wondering because you painted it.
  24. 91% isopropyl alcohol will take that stuff off. Soak, scrub with an old toothbrush, soak, scrub, etc.
