  1. Dognuts? Looks good dude.
  2. I must admit that I have taken a decided lean towards traditional hot rods in general lately. And I think it is because they will be cool forever. Custom and hot rod trends change over the years, but a traditional will always be cool. And I think it's nice building something that will be timeless, even if it is only in styrene and lacquer. So Ed gets no flathead parts from me either.
  3. Yepper, I like it. Lets see some more.
  4. I do like it!
  5. YES! Yep, that'll do.
  6. How about an update here?
  7. I have only just glanced at it. I have a lot of history there and a CBP that I have run or helped run for three years now. I hope it's not too bad. Yes this is a great forum, and I spend by far more time here than any other, but I have friends there that have been content to stay there and I'm cool with that.
  8. There are some nice display cases available.
  9. Honestly, everything is too......soft about the pic. It looks like a computer drawn image. So I don't think it's either harry.
  10. Wow. That is seriously sharp. One to be proud of.

Great work. And like I said before about subtle detail, the alternator and power steering supports are perfect.

  14. Yeah, how about an update here? Very cool project btw.
  15. Pretty sure you'll be hearing from me soon.
  16. Sorry I'm not seeing pics. Anyone else having this issue or is it just this lame work PC?
  17. Lyle, as I'm positive you didn't use the dual leaf stock front suspension, I'd really like to see what you did with it. Great work.
  18. Looks great Brett. Perfect paint work.
  19. Whoa, that's one I need to get. My dad has an original issue he's been teasing me with for 30 years.
  20. Well. I gotta tell yeah, I've tried working in metal with an old Hubley kit, and in my opinion it's totally for the birds. So my hat is off to anyone who can do such a masterful job of it. Well done sir.
  21. I'm diggin it. Nice work.

At first I was like *yawn, another muscle car* but then I started seeing some of the subtle detail and the clean work, and you really got my attention. How about an engine shot?
  23. Usually I like things like this, but for some reason this doesn't do it for me.
  24. Where I can certainly appreciate the idea of doing the best you can with what you have to work with. I cannot get past the ugly.
