  2. Haven't pegged the year but a 70s Westfaila
  3. sure is an ugly turd, I'd say its started as an Gen VII LTD wagon.
  4. Coupe more grails. Not the greatest kits but interesting in there own way. Revell Tri Chevys with opening everything. Revell Nomad with opening everything. AMT 300 SL JoHan Turbin JoHan 500K Roadster and Limo
  5. Yeah, that was the Mazda 121 Landau. I know seems strange. Cosmo AP AKA RX-5 was the rotary version and the 121, 121 Landau, and Cosmo 1800 was the piston version. I guess also known as an CD Cosmo, and there was a JC Cosmo and Eunos Cosmo was well as the HB Cosmo or Mazda Luce, apparently related to the 929.
  6. I was thinking that was kind of weird, I am not sure that is factory, that might be a cousin.
  7. okay I will replay anyway. There is one on Ebay ends in 5 days. Looks like a restoration job and not a new kit.
  8. Oh yeah, I have a Mk II I would like a Mk IV
  9. That is cool, this is too, I was mesmerized.
  10. Yeah, I am Porsche guy first. Ferrari second, GTP 3rd. The blue one is Hasegawa's Omron 962, but I have 3 or 4 different Tamiya 956s. You don't see too many 905s around. I have some other cool stuff you'd like. 1 Toyota GT1 1 Toyota 84C 1 Toyota 88C 1 Jaguar LM 8 1 Jaguar LM 9 2 Sauber Merc C9 2 Mazda 787B 2 Nissan 89V 1 Nissan 90V Too many Porsches to list 63 different ones 27 different Ferraris 5 Lambos. I am getting pretty well stocked up on Ferraris too. It took a long time to collect all these kits up and have every intent on building them.
  11. Yeah, that's what I was thinking, too.
  12. Just becareful there are capasitors that still store enough juice to zap ya a good one.
  13. The car with many names and will only except all three
  14. Now there is a brilliant idea. Car Hockey.
  15. I think Autoweek, but don't remember for sure, it might have been C&D or R&T.
  16. I might photo them up later... but here goes a few off the top of my head. Heller 917 Tamiya Rothsman 956 UT Porsche 911 GT1 EVO Testors GT40 Protar Ferrari 250 Protar Ferrari 512 Fujimi Ferrari P330 Fujimi Porsche 74 RS IROC type Testors Porsche 930 Testors Porsche Turbo Here is a lot of them anyway Peugeot 905 Tamiya Porsche 934 obviously there not all grails but quite a few. and there are a few more not in these shots.
  17. Winding Road?? I am not sure what that even is.
  18. already answered correctly, but not a Lancia.
  19. this is good too. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4AwKFs6Zygg...feature=related how are the americans going to top this?
  20. even in the last 45 mins there was that crazyness of hope of Peugeot. It was a good Le Mans. I am already looking forward to next year. I think we will see a lot of Coupes.
  21. they would be better off just syndicating Top Gear here. And it's not even bulletproof LMAO.
  22. I can imagine it now. I don't think the US version of the Prius show, which I thought was hallarious would fly in the States. Wouldn't want to insult anyone, and it pretty much spells out how much of a moron you are to buy one. Or the druablity of the Porsche 911, which they drove into a house a couple times and some other objects. It just kept going and going, in fact they did more damage to the rock wall they hit than the car. The Porsche challenge is good too. V6 and 3/4 engine LOL I dont think the upskirt would fly either.
  23. It does look like fun, the cars turned out great... I have been up close and personally with a D Jag. After an extensive restroration that was ten years in the making on a million dollar car, the first lap the driver killed it. yeah, flipped over... so it was getting it's second restoration. I didn't build a model but I stayed up all night too. I though there was going to be a blow out one way or another and I'd take a little nap and get up and watch the end. It never happened I figured it was about over for Peugeot with 45 mins to go so at that point I might as well stay up and watch the end. I paid for it for a couple days afterwards but it was worth it.
  24. I am sure you are. I would have rather seen a Porsche win, but if it was a going to be Ferrari I am glad it was Risi. as far as NASCAR goes, they are still using 40 year old technology and don't contribute anything back to the automotive industry. NASCAR has not come up with anything innovative that has trickled down to your modern street car. Most of that innovation has come from Formula One and sports car racing, both of which have been around a lot longer. Needless to say those racing series do serve a purpose beyond the race track. Compared to NASCAR, which has become a pure marketing enterprise that serves itself. There is nothing innovative, creative, or interesting about the cars. They are not techno-savvy, cutting edge or progressive. As far as I am concerned they are out of date 3500-pound death traps that you couldn’t pay me enough to get into and race. But like I have said before on a number of occations asking some one to explain it (NASCAR) I will listen. Interstingly, not a soul has taken me up on the offer.
