Usually this means the parts weren't cleaned and cured properly. At least that's my experience from printing stuff for myself. I would get some IPA and a toothbrush, preferably one you are not using for your teeth, and scrub it, rinse it, dry it thoroughly, and put it in a sunny window for 30 minutes or more. Repeat the process if it still feels sticky and soft. If it's not sticky, but still a little soft, leave it in the window and check it periodically. When it feels good to you remove it from the window. If it stays soft then it's likely to be bad resin or very flexible resin. Hope this helps.

That's not 100% true. Lychee can be used as the slicer for all Creality Halot printers. I haven't tried Chitubox for my Halot One. Creality's Halot Box slicer works extremely well for Halot machines. I actually like it better than Lychee for what I do.

I have cleaned my Master airbrush in an ultrasonic cleaner. It had dried up Stynylrez primer that I couldn't clean off of the needle and other parts. I used deionized water and after 30 minutes everything was clean.

I ordered mine directly from Green Stuff World. Took less than a month from order placement to get from wherever they are in Europe to the east coast of the U.S. I haven't used it yet so I don't have advice for give.
