  1. Would this suspension have been available on a 1970's era COE freightshaker. Nice looking build you have going.
  2. Thanks helps a little does it angle straight down behind the air lines. I ask as the mini me freightshaker i'm working on is almost like a tunnel straight up on both sides and straight across the top. Looking at you freightshaker shows I need to model mine thanks now just need a view of the lower portion of the opening.
  3. Pete Lol is this Pete or Re-Pete looks great.
  4. Just the beginning Herman mostly scratched like your truck's. Still have the generic trans to build, have some more photo etch coming. Seeing how far i can go with this truck build. Then can just build basic truck's. Getting ready to work on the interlock axle then can build the primary axle. Thanks all for checking it out.
  5. Easy way to choose write down a number for each car put it in a hat and draw ? lol
  6. Just a generic v8 as not sure what color yet. Still need to beef it up girth wise thinking might paint it Olde yeller.
  7. Here's some test pics of the engine in progress along with some pullies. 2 test shots in the frame without & with cab. Also started the mufflers & air cleaners
  8. Always loved these cars
  9. Another small update. Started working on a generic v8 for this truck. Cut the grill apart so I can eventually make it tilt. Using my GMC crackerbox as rough guidelines for the motor Yup i know it's a Jimmy 6 and i'm doing an 8. Well a little more progress still need to beef up this generic V8 with pullies. So here are 3 rough shots of the motor, in the frame, in the frame with cab. Also working on the mufflers and air cleaners
  10. Can anyone provide a rear cab photo of the stock amt freightliner kit. Particularly the engine opening area. Thanks for any help anyone can provide.

  12. What shade of red did you use on the frame. Nice looking Bob.
  13. Frame overall length is a whopping 3.18 inches long lol. Just a tad longer than the stock kw test frame. I'm in trouble just ordered more photo etch for this truck. Thanks BR63 it's getting there. Might end up regretting titling this truck not sure yet lol. Next one is going to be a surprise already have it figured out.
