here are my 1/72nd scale s.s minnows and m.v minnows one s.s minnow is from the first season opening of the series and 2nd one is the s.s minnow from the second and third season openings of the series the other 2 are modern what if they remade gilligan's island today i changed the s.s to m.v as thats what it should have been m.v to start with as the minnow was powered by a inboard diesel marine engine not a steam engine what s.s stands for is steam ship and m.v is motor vessel the second and third season opening minnow i scratch built for the most part the the flybridge controls and wheel are from pt-109 model same with the door in the main cabin and the life rings on eaither side of the main cabin most of the hull is wood wich came from a craft store wood model kit which i reshaped and the rest is made from sheet styrene the other 3 minnows are 3d printed with the some small mods i added or changed

there is 3 different new trek series out currently and next year another 2-3 will begin filming and being made curently season 1 of star trek picard is out wich has 10 episodes and season 1 of star trek lower decks is out which has 10 episodes and seasons 1 and 2 of star trek discovery are out there are 15 episodes in season 1 and 14 episodes in season 2 and this thursday episode 6 of season 3 will be out

this is one of those bandai figure model kits it was very simple and easy to snap together pikachu is my favorite pokemon also

this is a replica of a scene from star trek picard season 1 episode 9 et in arcadia ego part 1 the la sirena model is 3d printed and is 3,5 inches long and i hand painted it the i did paint the sand i glued to the plaque to match the other ground area the ship is in which i made from clay and painted

i made this from a polar lights 1/1000th scale uss enterprise ncc-1701 seen in star trek discovery that i modified with some aftermarket resin 3d printed bussard collectors and a,b,c deck peice i filled in the openings in the pylons and decided to make the deflector dish intagrated into the secondary hull

here is my interprtation of the equity class thru deck carrier cruiser variant of the inquiry class battlecruiser it was one of two variant classes for the inquiry class that were approved but did not make it into the season 1 finale episode due to time and money in the cgi budget for the season running out and only the inquiry class made it some had different nacelles but chabon and the lead cgi artist did give a discription of what the other to variant class ships would look like and class names the equity class is a thru deck carrier cruiser with elongated saucer and fins comming out of the sides of the saucer and other variant class is the seeker class a explorer cruiser with a ring type saucer for the model i used a old failed print of a star trek online ship called a regent class i extesivly reshaped the model but cutting away sections and sanding down areas and putty to fill in and widen areas and styrene to make some extra hull detials the base is made of some blank cds and some sheet styrene and a peice of coated copper wire the model is 8 and a half inches long

nice work they have receently reissued this kit as a 2 in one kit under the fast and furious logo i know next year i plan to get a couple so i can make a couple of factory stock versions
