with the bucket seats sorry i had to do those lyrics it was the song that spured me to build a 69 cutlass i painted the body with rust-oleum metallic charcoal used some cool decals from my decal box the engin came from a 68 or 9 elcamino rebuilder i am doing a different engin in the rims and tires came from my rims and tire parts box i got the firewall grille inserts and radiator which is not visible from thomascoffey1959 the streering wheel and shifter came from my parts box

i want to thank fomocomav for sending me the 70 road runner body and 67 mustang front and back seats and grille insert thanks agian

did anyone put out a kit of this car or maybe a resin conversion kit to change either the amt 08/09 challenger or revell 09 challenger into the concept car the only main changes from the concept car to actual production car was the dash steering wheel the center console and the grille and b pillars were differnt on the concept the actual production cars

i heavily modified a interior pan and dash and a chassis from my parts boxs to fit into this resin body i casted from a 1/24th scale plastic jada toy the only parts from the toy i included in the build was the wheels and tires and the lower rear air channels and the lower front chin spoiler i destroyed the soft silicone model i made when pulling the resin body out as i had never made a two part mold before only a once half mold for making cosplay outfit badges and emblems or extra detial parts for cosplay props i glued the two halves of the mold together and has a hole on the top for me to pour the resin into and when i poped it apart to remove the body the mold ripped and then some pieces got stuck in the grille and other areaa so the detial was lost i painted the resin body with testors extreme lacquer purple licious and hand painted the interior as it was not a uniform all one color intierior but the front seats were a different color from the rest of the interior same with the dash i had to use silver paint marker to paint the bumpers and i used some mirrors from my parts boxs since those were missing from the original toy

this is the third of several hot wheels style generic cars with hot wheels style names the first two are pony up and speed charge i started with a revell modern impalla body interior pan and chassis that was in my parts boxs i had to come up with new interior pan side panels i decided to give it a bit of a import tuner look i also modifed the roof the the rear roof pillars and the front end a bit and gave it different style head lights i used a tuner import dash seats and shifter along with tail lights i painted it testors extreme lacquer inca gold i used peal and stick decals from my decal box
