  1. HI! I was honored yesterday with the first place trophy in the "71 and up cars" at the Québec model show (about 500 models). Thanks to all those who voted, and to the organizing club for a very well run show! CT
  2. HI! I was blessed yesterday with the second place trophy in the "competition" class at the Québec model show (about 500 models). A very well organized show. Thanks to all those who took the time to vote! CT
  3. Hi Al! Foolish me, I didn't know that! Goes to show how that car was even MORE unique than I tought. To your point: according to the for sale ads I see these days, that Pacer of yours would be worth a great deal today. Nostalgia... CT
  4. Hi Bob! Thank you for the pics. Very inspiring stuff in there! CT
  5. Hi Steve! This car proves once again that planning your colors before a project always pay big dividends down the road... Superb! CT
  6. Hi Steve! I'm no expert, but I would try removing two glasses, one on each side, amidship, and the rear window, to balance input and output, taking into account the volume of CFM's the engine would suck in... Who knows? LOL CT
  7. Hi Mike! Spectacular results, bravo! CT
  8. Hi Sir! Masterful work. Gerald Wingrove must be spinning in his grave... CT
  9. Hi Steve! Well, if ever something was to be called "stealthy", this is IT! Very nice, and the mods to the body end up being so subtle, it works to great effect. I built a 70 Eldo a few years ago, on a 66 Riv chassis, to get it to be RWD. To my surprise, most spectator at model shows never got it... LOL. I bought a pack of shoestring ferrules at Michael's last year, and they came in various shades, almost like anodizing. Including black. Keep at it, impressive, bravo! CT
  10. Thank you Richard! I too have always been intrigued by this car. It growns on you, as they say... CT
