  1. Wow Tomo, you're doing an awesome job man! My first car was a 1970 Ford Maverick. 6cylinder, air shocks out back, & a ton of ”bondo" on the body!
  2. A two car garage that is heated & has an air conditioner. I'm spraying through a 4ft x 4ft x 3ft passche booth with an explosion proof fan...that is 12inch diameter! Still paying for that sucker! (Not really) Don't have a basement so I snagged the.garage!
  3. Oh man Dave! You got my favorite movie monster as your avatar! Cool stuff! Oh yeah, I just bought this kit, cool stang!
  4. Those look so freekin cool Joe!
  5. I'm going! Been since 2009 that I was there!
  6. OK dumb question, how do I join spotlights message board? All I keep getting is just a bunch of pics showing what they have added to their catalog?
  7. Looks pretty cool to me Mitch! Keep going man!
  8. I'll be there Saturday! Not sure about Sunday yet. Only a 2 1/2 hour drive, could cruise back up for swap meet. Any info on it??
  9. Yep, I just got one myself thanks to you Dennis!!! LOL ! Yours looks freekin awesome man!! I dig all kinds of off the wall stuff, this fits the bill perfectly!!!!
  10. I hope to be there!! One question though, as I've never been there. The NNL is on Saturday...swap meet on Sunday??? Is there no venders on Saturday?????? I hope there's aftermarket venders on sat. that's one reason I'd like to go. Don't mean to sound stupid, but what's in the swap meet? Sorry, just trying to get a little more info before going. I'll be bringing my "razzberry" Olds, a Willys gasser, & maybe some others. I'll be the hillbilly wearing an "Amazing Figure Modeler" shirt with the Creature from the Black Lagoon on it ! LOL !
  11. Yeah, the wide whites make it pop!! I dig it!!!
  12. In my opinion, Pro-Tech is the best on the market! The right color, soft, yet holds it's shape. I love their products!
  13. Thank's guys ! I figured that solid of a chunk would be kinda hard to drill into. I'll jump in and do EET! Lol !
  14. As the title reads, how do I do that? I don't have a drill press or milling machine. I need to drill it for fuel line attachment. I also don't want to snap any drill bits. Any suggestions?
  15. Oh boy Ray! That's freekin AWESOME man! I love the whole military diorama stuff !

Thanks guys! The paint is a custom mix of HOK...house of kolor. Made my own raspberry, sprayed whole body with it, masked off roof, sprayed HOK candy brandywine on the body. 2 part clear, polished the snot out of it ! Kit wheels with turned aluminum valve stems

Thanks Robert! I hate the "new" windows 8! The way I did things before were much smoother. Plus it doesn't help matters when I don't have computer skills! LOL!!!!!

I guess that worked!? The decal that goes around the front bumper on the 'Bird did not want to stay on, no matter what I did, so, very sloppily, I did it by hand...yuck!
  21. this new computer I have sucks! It's running windows 8 that just blows! Totally different way of posting pics...I don't like it at all! Hope these came through...AMT 2010 Camaro & Revell Motorcraft T-Bird. I used to just go to my photobucket & hit direct link, copy & paste here, too much stoopid stuff now!
  22. Man, those are free kin cool !! You gotta bring those to the April meeting!
  23. Hey Ray, man, I've been in a slump recently. I've started a few, but really nothing has been tripping my trigger lately! Not sure why?! I have a '90 stang that was painted grabber orange with black stripes, pulled the tape, some of it hit the freshly painted black...knocked it down to the primer! That's been put on the back burner! I had also started on the "slingster" dragster too. Using the blower from a Revell 41 Willy's. Gonna use some turned aluminum pullies with a rubber, cogged belt. Made my own moon tank too. Just been fiddly-farting around, not doing much. Weird I guess coz there sure is a lot of cool kits to build! I'll be getting back on em...soon I hope
  24. Hey Ray, that's Willy cool !!! LOL !!!!! Serious though, I dig it man, nice Willard!
