  1. Yes its the company I work for 1st Pete 2006 387 , c-15 cat and a 13 speed . I drove a 386 when mine went in for service , nice but not as much room as the 387.

  6. I noticed a few questions on this kit, so I cracked one open to give you an idea of whats inside . The turntable and ball bearing kit is bagged by itself , chrome is bright , some mold lines and slight flash on the body, Goodyear big an littles are bagged with the rear red glass , [you might want to pull that lens out before it sticks to a tire],clear glass bagged by itself as is the steering wheel. The only thing not present is the lubrication capsule for the turntable. The 2006 Toy Fair exclusive is done in white plastic.
  7. Wow James..thats one cool bike build....in my opinion , dechroming the motor is a '''must do '''did the same with mine ...[just never got it done.] ..great work..
  8. That '62 looks great.....
  9. I know what you mean about small , I have a few copters made by Amodel from Poland in 1/72 , and they are only around 4 inches long , your machined parts are lookin good...
  10. Thanks guys, the last caper was Duplicolor Acrylic enamel clear over testors enamel,,very long drying time before the clear was shot...I want to guess it was 2 weeks before the clear went on....it wrinkled the paint , this time I used all Duplicolor Lacquer...primer , paint and clear.worked great..I always use the same primer, Dupli-color 1692 sandable grey or sometimes the roddy brown high fill , but thats very seldom , also use Tamiya light grey if the detail on the subject is kind of faint , maybe I should use a little more Tamiya primer on fresh bodies.....
  11. Nothing ever comes out right when I use Acrylic enamel clear, so into the pot for cleaning but its back in Cobalt blue , this time cleared with Dupl-color and no problems , I know Im doing something way wrong with the Acrylic clear...I shot it 3 times on 3 builds using 3 different brands...results 3 redo paint jobs... giving it plenty of time before clearcoat...sometimes 12 days :?: :!: I dont know...but now I can move on with this one.
  12. Okey was at Toledo this year with a very limited selection....I was able to snag onto one of the '59 Dodges and '75 Olds Cutlass promo kits , wish I could have bought more , but as I and everyone else said , very limited items...

  16. Can almost feel it gettin done....[gotta love that Tamiya tape ], last one for this year for sure. Just have to add the red stripe and all the final engine parts again , add decals and interior stuff , grab handles....all easy right? Something always changes ever step of the way hmmmm maybe ''wheelie bars''.........

  25. Keep goin at Steve looks great...dont get off track..most of my builds that started out that way got side-tracked and put aside or I would get some ideas in my head that were way off base from the original ideas...
