Since 6 of my unfinished projects became parts box items , this years builds, [or next years parts box items] , will be '69 cuda with some Aoshima V1-R Hiro wheels , and I'd like to do a Vette....a smaller Galaxie trailer [no theme goin on it yet] but thats opened and cleaned already , maybe a Ecto-1 conversion as a tow vehicle... :roll:........I think I'll rest now....... :roll:

Shot in Dupli-color , white , red , and driftwood metallic got get gauge faces and wrap the roll bars next , then back to the chassis and engine this was the mock-up before shooting the gold and 2 coats of clear

Looks great Lyle, the fat tank looks much better than the issued ones. I tried making tassels out of rubber skirt material from a fishing lure , but I never got it right, never thought of tape...nice build.

Nice work your doing Jimmy...great looking rear fenders...your kinda going ''mafia'' on this build it looks like...heres a few I snapped on the road , including the ''Chrome Shop Mafia'' truck sign from Joplin Missouri.... *Note the door handle position ''suicide''....

Which way are you going with it Bobby? I have a few of the Revell and AMT issues and may just tear into one...

Did a lot this week and have the body ready for paint.. body colors will be gold and white with some Miller Brewing decals...engine and all outside bracing almost done.....

TOR-76 1976 Limited Edition Gran Torino (1/25th scale) $42.95 (Ford's factory stock TV show replica) (body, grill & bumpers, dash, engine bay parts, wheels & tires, & vacuformed glass) Use Revell '70 Ford Torino kit for interior, engine and chassis. I dont have one but I can get pics...

this body and chassis sitting on the end of the bench for two years, got tired of looking at it and decided a Sportsman class modified. First cut the wheel wells , filled in the panel lines , removed all trim , second redo complete interior borrowing items out of a Revell 1/24th kit , third front of the chassis is easy , but the rear is the challenge , Revell kit also gave up the tires and rims , rear end and suspension pcs. A 2 tone paint scheme from the early 70's for colors , these are again new waters from my bench and we'll see how it turns out...

Trying for that ''one more for the year'' finish. Interior is cream and white with tan carpet that cannot be seen once the seats are in ,and door and back panel speaker grilles cant be seen, all the small highlites inside were picked out with a black pencil , so all I have left are lights and glass and small outside parts.
