Yep, I didn't catch the enamel part. Oops. But as, rule of thumb as far as I have always known, lacquer over enamel is a no-no. Otherwise, acrylic over enamel should not be a problem.
What a beauty thats gonna be Steve. I have never used MCW paint but a future build I will be doing in an unusual factory Pontiac color, it's the only place it's availabe.
From what I understand, their colors are pretty accurate.
Great suggestion Roger. I assume it would as well with a sanding burn thru. Wish you would have posted this a few days ago since I tried sanding with my new micro-mesh pads (first attempt) and had a burn thru on my latest paint job.
