  1. It's starting to really take shape. Painting the wheels the body color looks Super sharp. I'm really liking this one.
  2. Great color for the chassis. That Testors bronze really makes everything Pop.
  3. Looking good.
  4. The door panels should slide right into place on the supplied notches. I may tack glue the dash to both door panels and see if I can slide that into the body as one unit.
  5. I got a little bench time in this morning and got the suspension in a good place I hope. The rear axle housing is now up touching the chassis. Can't go any further. I cut the center section out of the leaf spring on the front axle and have it where I want it.
  6. Thanks Carl. I don't think so. There is no interior tub to speak off. The floor pan glues strainght to the chassis and the two door panels just slide right into place.
  7. Welcome back once again Matthew. You'll like the drag cars.
  8. Thanks. Well...I'm hoping for the best and expecting the worst Scott.
  9. I'm diggin this build. Pretty kewl looking.
  10. Now that is pretty nice looking. Great color.
  11. Thanks James. You know how it is...just another work in progress.
  12. Good looking 54 Hudson man. Your better half picked a great color. Nicely done.
  13. I glued the top on the body as the trial fitting show that I can still get the back glass in. The joints don't looks to bad and I decided to delete the insert on the top. More of a clean look for a Street rod.
  14. Thanks Ulf. I'll check it out.
  15. I think your right on the looks vs the AMT kit Richard. Yup, lots of options here so I think I'll set down and take a close look at the instructons again then make a decision on how to proceed.
  16. Me to Paul. This 3-window Coupe just looks Awesome. I've got to start thinking about a color.
  17. Coming along nicely. That Tamiya Racing white looks Awesome. I've always like the box art on this kit.
  18. Welcome back to the hobby Robert.
  19. Nice build. I'm liking it.
  20. I'm building it with the LaSalle grille and wheels & tires from Jay's.
  21. Nice work on the pickup so far. I'm liking the wheels & tires.
  22. That white insert really made a change. Nice looking.
  23. This is the 1/24 scale kit. I appreciate the info but I'm fine with the way this is looking. Thanks.
  24. I've been doing a lot of mock-ups this morning. I think I have the rumble seat working ok and the body to fenders fitting pretty good.
