  1. Great looking builds man. I just finished up a Monster truck last week.
  2. Great looking 29 Woody Pete. Nice looking color and those white walls look the part man. Awesome build.
  3. Much obliged Bill. Same here, I'm old school.
  4. Thanks man. Boy oh boy....I've heard nothing but bad things about this kit. I think I'm going to have to put my thinking cap on before I get out the glue bottle.
  5. I hear ya man. I was thinking everything will have to be painted seperately because of what you mentioned and not to mention the rumble seat is sandwiched between the body and fenders. It's going to be an adventure.
  6. I appreciate your confidence in me Buddy.
  7. Thanks man. I appreciate the offer but think I'll keep it around.
  8. Thanks. That's what I did on the AMT 36 and didn't like how it turned out. But who knows, might give it another shot.
  9. Thanks for the info man. Yeah, haven't taken a real close look at it yet. Just decided on this kit so lots to look at.
  10. The next victim up on the bench is the Revell '36 Ford Coupe. This is a 2'N1 kit but I am opting for the Coupe vs the convertible. I've pulled some of the parts out to clean them up and start my fit issue process and this one is a little on the strange side. Looks like the rumble seat is sandwiched in between the body and fenders so it looks like all parts will have to be painted separately. Already I can see the body to fender fit is going to need some work to get a nice snug fit and the running boards do not fit very well either. I'm not a big fan of the body and top of the car being two piece as they do not fit right. I hate having major issues right out of the gate but let the games begin.
  11. Pretty kewl looking old Gasser. I diggin the business end.
  12. Nice kit ya got going there James.
  13. Yeah Buddy. Thank's Mario. Thank's Buddy. Much appreciated. Lot of work to get those two kits to work together.
  14. Thanks Al. It was a fun build.
  15. Mighty fine looking Luke. The business end is spot on dude.
  16. That 30 Packard looks like a really nice kit Greg. Yeah, that straight 8 will be the show piece of this build.
  17. Boy oh boy, that 59 Hardtop is rockin that blue paint. Nicely done.
  18. Great looking color on this Kustom Chrysler. Those wheels look nice with that body style. Nice build.
  19. Thanks Jeff. Yup, those colors look pretty good together.
  20. Thanks Jeff. I never saw this 35 during my research before starting the build but someone told me about it just before I finished my build. It must have been in the back of my mind.
  21. Thanks. When I use to have my 1:1 37 pickup street rod I'd open the DS hood panel at all the car shows so that's where I got the idea. I appreciate ya tagging along for the build.
