Thanks Dave. When I started this project I had the old 37 Ford Little Big Foot in mind which served as a Marmon-Herrington 4WD prototype for a US military vehicle. Then I saw the old 37 Chevy pulling truck called "Orange Blossom Special" and briefly headed in that direction. I have my 66 Chevy Monster truck setting in front of me on the work bench so that's what got me where I'm at today. A fellow over on my Youtube channel said it reminded him of the old "Outlaw 35" Monster truck from back in the late 80's.

I have the body wet sanded and polished. Now the assembly starts. I'm going to start with the rear view mirror on the windshield. I hate trying to install these mirrors.

I got the Tamiya X-22 Clear airbrushed on earlier. I'll let it set for about an hour then put it in the Dehydrator for a few hrs. This Tamiya clear takes a long time to totally cure out but once it's dry I'll wet sand and polish it out.

That's looking pretty sharp so far.

Good looking 37 Ford Coupe for 20+ years old. Nice color.

I got the top coat (Tamiya X-10 Gun Metal) on about an hr ago. All went well except for a little trash in the paint. I'll get that out when I wet sand. I'm a happy camper. Looking through my stash for some decals for the doors.
