I needed a couple days to stop crying and settle down. Thanks. Well, I didn't give up on it....I'm just disappointed in myself and needed some time. I appreciate it. I hear ya. I seem to always screw up near the end of my builds. No patience's.

Very nicely built model. Super nice rendition of a restored stock 1960 Chevy Apache pickup. -
Nicely done on the 32 roadster.

Great looking mods and love the blue. -
Well....disaster struck. The side glass was way to small the fit the opening so my only choice was the lovers which are on the small side as well. As I was trying to glue in the lovers I dropped the model. It hit the work bench and glue bottle. I now have a big scratch on the roof plus glue on the roof and deck lid. Well, it was fun while it lasted.

Looking good so far Calvin. You may want to check the location of your yellow traction bars. This is the bottom of mine.

Thanks Roger. I'm getting close on this one.

I managed to get the foil work and the front & rear glass installed this morning. I was trial fitting the side glass and they are to small. I checked the lovers and they are small as well. Anyone built this kit and get the glass to fit? I may just have to use the lovers.

Thanks. Haha...yeah, this one took a little extra convincing.

I think you might be right. No sun in sight for a couple days. Thanks for coming by.

Yes Sir. I think I pulled the last rabbit out of the hat.

That's purdy lookin Mario. Nice build.

Ok....I got the body wet sanded with the same process as above. This is about all I can do with it. Didn't turn out to bad. Just took a lot of work to get it all flattened out.
-
I started wet sanding the body this morning trying to save this paint job. I'm wet sanding with 3,200, 4,000, 6,000, 8,000, and 12,000 grit. Not looking to bad. We'll see how the body turns out.

Thanks man. I'm going to give it a go and see what happens.
