  1. Thanks man. I built the Mazmanian Gasser kit.
  2. I finished this one up yesterday but didn't get it cleaned up until this morning. It was primed with Tamiya White Surface Primer then sprayed with Tamiya TS-30 Silver Leaf, and finally airbrushed with Tamiya X-23 Clear Blue. Wet sanding/waxing to round it out. This build is pretty much box stock except the plug wires and Accel coil. I liked the wheels & tires that came with the kit so they stayed. Except for having to re-paint the body due to my mistake it was a very nice build. I really enjoyed this one. WIP: https://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/topic/187560-41-willys-street-rod/

  13. Really nice looking 66 Mustang. Killer build man.
  14. I hear ya dude but a chute to me means a 8-9 sec car. Either way it's going to look pretty kewl.
  15. If it was my build I would keep it clean and more on the sleeper side. You don't want to advertise you have a street beast. I'd leave the spoiler & chute off.
  16. Nice looking 51 Chevy.

  20. That black engine setting in the business end looks mighty fine against that white body.
  21. Is that a JF resin body? Check fitness of all kit parts to the body as it is very thick. After cleaning, wipe the body down with lacquer thinner before painting. DO NOT put the body in a Dehydrator to dry your paint.
  22. It's starting to come together. Nice looking air filter.
  23. Much obliged David.
  24. Thanks man and I appreciate the info.
  25. Thanks Carl. I'm having a hard time getting this one over the finish line for some reason.
