  1. Thanks for the info guys. Now does any aftermarket supplier make some Goodyear Arrivas?
  2. I just recieved a Marui faux Cannonball Pantera kit it is complete but the tires are oily and shortly after wiping they bleed back any ideas on a fix or should I just swap them out. As an aside has anyone built the Fujimi Pantera? It is very pricey for a curbside!
  3. I too have this kit but it is missing the gun. Maybe Italeri can fix me up with a replacement! Also one could take the recoiless rifle from the MPC Jeep and mount it for an interesting technical!!
  4. That is too bad as it would be very beneficial to most parties involved. Having been involved in past events here in West Michigan I understand your frustration!
  5. Check out some military sandbags in 1/35 some come with a tied end.
  6. Just picked mine up today kinda funny though the other mag has 2 funny cars too on the cover. But I purchased wisely!!
  7. My .02 pennies so far on my purchase of this kit. While it does look decent I do see a lot of the issues discussed here. One of my beefs is the Pro-Touring mini tubbed rear chassis, so i realizing that this kit is slightly larger than the AMT offerings I mocked up the Monogram GT 350R chassis and it will work. Besides I am goig to make mine an SCCA type racer anyway. and for and engine the AMT 67 Mustang series of kits will look better. this is just my observations
  8. Maybe if his name is Billy Bob and lives back in the hills somewhere!!...LOL
  9. How about a nice detailed version of the Maverick Seriously I would like to see a stock bodied 57-59, 67, 68-9 Ranchero
  10. A full detail Pantera would be most cool. Fujimi did a high detail but no engine Pantera for $200. Ouch!! The Mauri Pantera kits were about the best early version but I would like to see an Xavier Jehle version!!
  11. While pretty cool they just aren't big enough as I am a large individual I would look like the perverbial monkey and the football!!
  12. Actually I meant the torsion bar frt. suspension. .............LOL The model looks great though really like the BBS wheels!
  13. The C-dan is a Hot Wheels 1/43 diecast stripped and repainted as was the chassis, the chassis is a Testors 32 roadster and the engine is from the Monogram Cobra the wheels are from a Yat Ming 48 Woody tires Testors 32 P/U! it's just a little kitbash
  14. Does this count? my little 1/43 32 Ford
  15. I'll bet the "pucker factor" went into overload!!
  16. Let me check my stash I may have a set. getback with you in a couple days.
  17. Don't worry about the camber its a MOPAR and after several years of hard driving it will camber out naturally Seriously though it is looking very cool. B4 flack from the MOPAR peanut gallery it was a joke
  18. While not a Chevy guy I have always liked the way X looked back then IMHO was the best way! A friend had the car on loan around the Grand Rapids MI area in about 1984 and I some pics of it that he had taken it was a cool car!!
  19. This will help! It is in three parts Eurosport TV carried it but it was on at 4am EST http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7UlDCbGVikM
  20. I could use a couple as well and some in 1/43!!
  21. Very sad! However it is said the crew escaped unharmed. http://www.google.com/hostednews/ap/article/ALeqM5jYXs59r9ByoRyxSxX4Y4bPRjAIuA?docId=7874eca6a1c84a79a74833329233ec5f
  22. I gotta put a monitor and speakers in the back room at my pizza shop so when doing prep! In the mean time I just crank the main up!!!
  23. The rear window size has changed over the years as well as the fender unit at used to have the wells for spare tires. The last time it had those was the Street Demons incarnation.
  24. Very cool little mag now lets see if they can add a model section!!
  25. Heck gang I was 16 before I found out my name wasn't "Get Wood" or "Boy, clean that barn"
