I got a shipping notice today but when I track it the package just says label created. However this brings me hope that it's actually arriving... I'm not calling the cc company to tell them until it's in my hands and I see it's undamaged

my wife told me a story about a former coworker of hers today. the coworker was only there a couple of weeks because she was horrible. however, the funny thing is, my wife actually caught her laying on her desk taking a picture of herself during the middle of work. nothing says hard worker like a selfie of you laying on your desk

i am going to be honest. i really want to get the item, more than my refund.

i am still waiting on either the credit card company to remove the money or the shipper to send it. It has been almost 3 weeks now since i placed the order however, i did notice that they no longer list the item as shipped within 2 days. it no longer gives a shipment time. however, i have a screenshot of it, per the recommendation here, that shows the 2 days.

i called customer service again and i happened to get someone that actually didnt just tell me to take a walk. she told me that my order is in the first stage, where my item is allocated, then it will be picked and then shipped. she said realistically it will be 2 more weeks before it ships. honestly, if i had heard that earlier, i wouldnt have been concerned, i understand delays. hearing it should have shipped, but i dont know why it didn't and someone will email you, and then the email never arrives is what had me worried. i dont know what happen with the chargeback, if it will go through and my order is cancelled or if they will allow the answer of what i was told today. what i do know, i cant cancel the chargeback because you cant make it again. i guess i will see what happens next

it just happened that i logged in the day after they charged it. i logged in today and they are marked as posted. i already called the credit card and disputed and asked for a new card.

i have a credit card i never use. ever. i have never used it for online purchases, i have never used it in a store. the only reason i have it is because it has 0 balance transfers for 1 year, and i used it to eliminate my debt years ago, and never cancelled it after i paid off my credit cards. in fact, i keep the card in the drawer of my house. with that being said, yesterday i logged in to check my credit score after i bought a new car a couple of months ago to see how far my credit score went down, and found 2 fraudulent charges on it for like 11 dollars. how in the world did someone get my credit card number when it has never been used, except for the transfer. i dont get it

i am going to be honest, i would be fine with it being delayed if they said to me, they are overwhelmed and understaffed, but they will get it to you, they are backed up x amount of days. all i am being told is that it should have shipped and they dont know why it hasnt and i will have an answer monday, which was 2 days ago, which never came. additionally, there is no manager to speak to for an escalation. also, it is hit or miss if you can get through to speak with them. you have exactly 30 minutes to be on hold, after that they say there is no one to help at this time, and hang up, no option to continue to wait. they have told me they are not getting a response from the warehouse. i looked online, and they have a specific amount of time to respond to the credit card company with a tracking number or i will get my refund. at 5 days if there is no response it will come off my card. i think the 90 days is if they ship it within the 90 days, then i will be billed. im not sure. i would prefer the item, but a refund is fine as well. the item is only sold at this store, as it is an exclusive. i really want it, but i am not willing to risk this much money. i am not rich, where i can just say, meh, it will eventually come...maybe. i also try to keep a 0 balance on my credit card after finally paying it off years ago from my younger days of immaturity and not understanding debt. i dont want to pay this off, and then it never arrive, or have the credit card put me into positive/mail me a check.

unfortunately for me, they have confirmed it hasnt shipped. they just cant tell me why it hasnt. they said it should have shipped a week ago

i opened a dispute. they said someone will review it within 5 days, and i guess if it hasnt shipped in 5 additional days, i will be refunded, but they said 90 days total for dispute to be finalized.

Hi I ordered something from an online store that was very, very expensive (1300 dollars). the company is reputable, but i am getting terrible customer service and the product hasnt shipped yet in 9 days on something that says ships within 2 days. I bought it on sunday, june 19th, and it says ships within 2 days. On friday, i called, and it took 3 attempts before actually being able to speak with someone. the 2 times prior it would put me on hold, tell me i was next in line and then 30 minutes of being on hold it said nobody is available to help you, call later. i eventually got someone and they said that it looks like some kind of an issue because the order is processed and billed, but never shipped. They will need to contact the warehouse and will email me monday. I didn't hear anything on monday mid-day, and i called again. i happened to get the same person, he said very rudely, that i told you they dont work the weekends, but now he is saying wait until tuesday. i tried to ask them to cancel the order and they told me no, that they cant. at what point do i wait before calling my credit card company and ask for a chargeback for non shipment?

my wife and i moved into our apartment about 8 years ago. they had a strict no dog policy. lately i have been seeing many new dogs, so i decided to call the landlord because i really want a dog, but wanted to see if they changed the policy before adopting they immediately said no, only service dogs. i said ok, and hung up, but then actually thought about it. what is the probability of 4 or 5 different families having an actual service dog 'in my small complex off 3 buildings maybe 30 total apartments. not likely. it only urks me because one of those families is a maintenance worker's kid, and its a tiny dog that they got as a puppy. there is no way its a service dog my upstairs neighbor is completely nuts and complains about everything, so there is no way i would break a rule with that nosey one

my name is michael but my in laws calls me miles. it happened because when i first got married, my brother in law texted my wife to see if i was going to dinner, however the phone autocorrected mike to miles. so it basically said, is miles going to dinner and my wife wrote back who is miles. from that point, i have been known as miles. i had to put mrmiles because miles was not available

I read online the guy that made the mistake at one of the gas stations is being held responsible for the mistake by the owner and is suing him for it

i created a fedex and ups account. i can see any packages being sent to my house without needing tracking numbers. just login and hit shipping information] i typically get emailed prior to the seller that a package is coming. i just delete all emails about fedex and ups and use that

Every week I order soup for lunches from Walmart website. I usually buy for 1 week but I decided to buy for 2 weeks Anyway my order came yesterday and it looked like so many but my lunch break was almost over so I put it away and didn't think about it again. Then I received an email saying that the last part of my order was coming today and I knew something was wrong. I counted my soups and found they gave me more than double what I ordered and more was coming today. I went to the Walmart customer service chat and explained I would pay for the extra cans because I didn't want to go to the store to return it. He told me to keep them and they would not charge me. I have over a months worth of lunches now

i bought a new phone open box from amazon warehouse deals. it was 150 dollars cheaper than the sealed box. for 150 dollars, i said heck yes. the phone came and i noticed everything was written in chinese. i looked at the model number and found that it was not the us model number, but the chinese model. im guessing someone bought the us version and returned the chinese version to amazon, and it landed to me. i contacted amazon and they said no problem, just send it back. i bought a pixel from google instead. no more open boxes from amazon for me. it almost never works out. i had previously bought a very expensive fishing reel from amazon warehouse deals, and when it came it was a cheapo 5 dollar fishing reel. last week i bought the board game connect 4. it was marked as new, damaged box, but when i opened it, it was broken at the bottom. i was able to get it in place and put the piece there to hold it, but meh. no more amazon warehouse deals for me.

im a builder and would prefer to buy a new just because of warping and damage to parts and decals, etc of an old kit with that said, i find for the most part, generally the older plastic is better quality so if i knew the old kit was perfect, i would prefer to build from the original.
