Tomorrow is one week that I have had covid. It's still not getting better. I'm still not sleeping much. Unfortunately I'm out of sick days so I can't even rest I just need to feel better

This is silly but I'm ready to throw my phone I have covid and it's not been good to me. I haven't slept in about a week. I finally fall asleep and my phone decided it needed to ring the notifications and woke me up. It was Google maps asking me to review longhorn.which is actually one of the three places that I could have caught covid from. Now, I'm awake again, still exhausted but now ready to scream

my father in law had a really nice navy ring that he wore all the time. that was "lost" while he was in the hospital before his passing

well, along with the cat photos with santa, i got covid. man i have never been so sick

Our babies are completely bonded. They are brother and sister, and here they are laying together. The girl is laying her head on the boys belly The boy will cry out for the girl when she is not in the same room and the girl comes running to him I have never had bonded cats before

many years ago, i had fedex or ups, i dont remember which, leave every package that was for our apartment complex left at our door. like 15 boxes. i put them in my pickup and brought them to each apartment. if it happened today, i would have just called them and said come get this mess. i dont have the same abilities to carry stuff like i used to. my left elbow has so much pain that even lifting my 2 pound laptop causes severe pain.

i am going to give a little background on why im hesitant. i had something not deliver even though it said out for delivery after 5pm, it said that there was an issue or whatever and it would be delivered the next day. it was an item that was close to 90 dollars, and that is a lot of money for me. the next day, i checked it and it didnt say out for delivery, so i assumed it was coming. the mailman usually comes around noon or 1 or so, but i saw him go by and deliver my mail, but no package. then i checked the tracking again, and it said delivered at 8am to my po box. however, i dont have a po box. I called the local post office and explained what i was seeing. he called the mailman, and he said he was doing his mail, but would deliver the package after. the next day, the mailman said to me that he had a doctors appointment and had to have a half day and that was why my package wasnt delivered, i tried to explain i wasnt complaining it wasnt delivered, i was worried since it was marked as delivered to a po box, which i dont have. ever since then, i been noticing that im hearing boxes being dropped. maybe he always did this, i dont know. i only recently got the ring to see what i saw, so maybe he has been a jerk the whole time with boxes, but i dont want to complain after calling previously and it being worse than it is. honestly, if the thing didnt break, i wouldnt have cared if he tossed it. i know it wasnt the first time it was tossed during the delivery, so it could have broken anywhere in the line of tosses. i really have difficulties going out to get stuff and rely on deliveries for 90% of the things in my life. i do not need to have things stop showing up or getting "lost"

I honestly dont want to go that route. im sure the guy knows that we have the ring and doesnt care. if we call and complain, he might just smash stuff away from the camera before gently placing it down on my porch, and then claim it was like it when he got it. its similar to how i will never complain about my food at a restaurant, poorly tasting food is much better than spit filled food obviously if something breaks and is not fixable, i might ask the postmaster to cover it. this on the other hand, it was 25 to 30 minutes of getting it apart and putting it back together

We got the ring camera and boy is it shocking how stuff is delivered. For example, i got a model train car delivered today, marked as extremely fragile, I watched the video of the mailman throwing in stride at my door from the sidewalk. Didn't even slow down. The weight in the train popped out so I had to take it apart and tape it down again Yesterday he was a little more careful because my neighbor was there, he actually stopped but dropped them waste high

i tried all sorts of things on glass before. nothing looked perfect. i guess it depends on how much you can live with hobby lobby sells clear plastic sheets of styrene

this is what i was working on. not really model related, but i used the same techniques i use on modeling. its not done yet, but im pretty happy with it so far. it was originally an r2d2, with silver and blue head and the panels were blue yellow is my favorite color

i am painting a custom toy that was silver and blue and i wanted it white. i tried tamiya white primer, but you could still see the blue under it and the silver made the white look gray. i had bought the tamiya base while a while back and figured, let me give that a try. wow. its completely white. you cant see any of the old color at all. it was pretty expensive, but it did exactly what i needed it to do

our boy is still very angry that we got the kittens. hissing at them and even swatting at under the door. unfortunately for me, i have been sleeping on the couch with him so he knows that he is really important, but tonight i tried to go back to the bedroom and he cried at the door. tomorrow im going back. i cant keep sleeping on the couch

My wife and I got two kittens last night, brother and sister from a local rescue. Our cat died about a month ago and our other cat seemed very lonely Our existing cat does not yet love the kittens but my wife and I are introducing them very slowly for just a short time until our boy stops hissing Anyways here are the two babies Arnold and Gracie

i got one going on now, something arrived at my local post office, 20 minutes later it says business closed, delivery next business day....except im not a business, and i doubt they got it pulled from a truck, loaded into one for delivery, and failed at my apartment, which is apparently now a business on ups, they sent something from Indianapolis all the way to washington state, then back to nj. apparently thats the fastest route. its now day 10 now and still not delivered

our cat kammy died last week from a mouth cancer. Originally the vet said it was an issue with her teeth and we had a scheduled surgery for her, but a few days before the day she stopped eating. we took her to a different vet, who looked at her and said that its a mouth cancer, and will not survive and there is nothing they can do. she was about 16 years old. about 14 years ago, my wife originally fostered her for a local shelter, but she was at the end of her "allowed time", so we officially adopted her so she wouldn't get put down, and she had many happy years with us. it came as a big surprise to us, and our other cat seems very depressed now, and is meowing a lot and wanting a lot of extra attention. this is kammy from just before she got sick, hugging the ugly baby yoda doll

I had a package once from somewhere, ship to the state I live in, only to end up in Hawaii the next day,bthe day it was supposed to be delivered. I called and they said it will still be delivered, they have until whatever time to deliver it bim like it's in Hawaii right now. It will be on time 2 or 3 days later it eventually arrived. The customer service was amazing that day
