What would YOU like to see as a model

Yeah. The pic was from some 3D print site. I think someone makes a finished one in a smaller scale. -

The title of this thread immediately put this song in my head. Love the color.

It's the '77 Jimmy from Monogram with that rare Hickey hood and other goodies. I plan on using 2 Revell squarebody kits and some Fireball wheels to do the rebuild. Its missing one 5 slot but I wouldn't mind having the complete set. If I can save the body, frame. interior bucket, roof, hood, and glass I will be able to have a complete model to rebuild at a fraction of the cost of a vintage kit. -

Where do you GET inspiration?

I was thinking more about this and I suppose I get a lot from the past. A lot of the stuff I saw growing up plays a huge role today. -

That's about the same thing I do. I used to get Musclecar review but that went under (again) Then I was getting Hemmings Muscle machines until every month became an entire issue filled with "69 Camaros that looked like the were stolen from the latest ridiculous Fast and Furious movie set. Now it's just google images. -

Luckily I have extra chrome and it looks like The existing chrome doesn't look too daunting. I'm ore concerned with some unwanted decals on some clear windows that I'll have to reuse. -

Thanks. I'm guessing that soaking it in the purple pond will take the decals off? -

I'm seeing that these guys are putting them in the freezer. Is that recommended? Or are harsh chemicals the way to go? -
The Chills - Brave Words. About the same the whole grunge scene was taking off mainly in Seattle, another scene was starting to happen half a world away in Dunedin New Zealand. At the top of the heap amongst these bands was The Chills. I remember buying this on vinyl and still like to listen to it today.

I got the last large container of Purple Power left at walmart (more supply line issues). I can finally resume a number of projects I had on hold for a long time. Just put some parts in to soak. How long before I should check on them?

I started out with guys like Clapton and Jimmy Page and of course Hendrix. I liked Robin Trower for ever. When I started to play, it evolved into J Mascis and Graham Coxon. Although they are known more for their song writing over the years, Paul Weller and Paul Westerberg are both suprisingly phenomenal guitar players as well. Although his music never did anything for me its had to argue that Prince wasn't one of the greats as well.

I feel guilty. I haven't picked up any of my guitars in like 2 years. No more calluses on my fingers. My Amp head and speaker cabinet are not even in the same room anymore. Neither me or any of my music friends are in any bands anymore. I wound up selling off all of my good guitars, basses, amps and various pedals to my friends who were still in bands over the years. Now all I have left is one guitar rig and one acoustic.?
