I have still these resin scoops somebody was making years ago, but they are 1/18. Can anybody scale them down to 1/25?

Thinking of trying to scratch build a Formula hood (from the Revell T/A hood) but what would I use for the scoops? -

How difficult would it be to do a 1970, Formula Firebird hood to fit the Revell 1970 Trans Am model? Or maybe just the two long scoops then they could be grafted onto the modified Trans Am hood.

1970 Formula Firebird. Enough with all the Tarns Ams already. The Trans Am wasn't the only Firebird in 1970. A hood tach would be nice too. -
My Ray's kits '79 Bronco Freewheelin' decal kit arrived today! Now all I need is the AMT Bronco model to go with it.

That's some great scratch building there Sergey. Like the stance also. I'm still waiting for mine. It hasn't been the 12 weeks yet so I'm still holding out hope that they didn't just take my payment and run. I got billed, but no model yet. -
Another Decal Question….after I’ve screwed it up!
Mike C. replied to NOBLNG's topic in Model Building Questions and Answers
I have heard it is best to have a smooth surface, like a clearcoat or something like that. Although I have read that the decal softener will help with the rougher surfaces. The second stage of the decal solution is for after you have moved the decal to where it is you want it. -

A lot of models are warped from the factory. A cheap hairdryer and some hand bending will solve this.

Same movie. "Hey! She not puttin' out?" 'Uhh, yeah, she is. We already did it." "Yeah, he was great".

"So, what you're sayin', you want us to put water on the crops. Like out the toilet?" "Well, it doesn't have to be out of the toilet but yeah, that's the idea". "Well, I never seen no plants grow out of no toilet".

I once read a Mopar story where somebody ordered a red '70 Super Bee with a white C stripe and they got a white stripe on one side and a black stripe on the other because that's all they had left in the parts bins. When it came time to restore the car the owner thought about restoring it that way because that's how the factory did it.
