  1. Thanks Joe for looking and prayers
  2. Nice start David, those tires really look great.
  3. Nice touch on those seats, battery boxes look the part, well done.
  4. Another killer build, well done
  5. Agree, Was thinking about that very idea, let you know how that goes.
  6. Detailing done on the interior, a look thru the back window. Now I wish I had finished the back of the seats, but not seen when assembled.
  7. Broke another rule, I chromed the steering column and steering wheel. Also got my tall shifter made and installed. The one I seen on the interweb had a blue custom transparent shifter knob, so I cut down a red runner from a parts tree and polished the top.
  8. Wanted the chrome for radiator clamps, let ya know how that goes. Second, one of my favorite truck color combos is a black truck with silver panels and really thin red pinstripe between the black and gray, hence the tape.
  9. The finger nail tape arrived today. It measures .035 width and is extremely thin. It comes with 25 roles (3 in various chrome) colors. Some colors I will never use but for the 5 bucks I spent, I’ll just toss them. Will do some experiments to see how this stuff works or I wasted 5 bucks.
  10. Now ya gotta add spray nozzles to the cowl. I thought you would eventually run out of ideas for detailing, oooohhh silly me. 😂🤣
  11. Oohhh man, I am liking this build, right up my alley. Glad to see someone else breaking all the rules. Sounds like a great Resto Rod truck build. Gonna follow along.
  12. From a design perspective, that truck has a lot of square lines to it. Just my 2 cents, I think square headlights would look good.
  13. This bumper is kicking my…….. it is bent plastic and it keeps moving. You can see the gap on passenger side fender. Oh, this is the third bumper I have made so far.
  14. I am liking the visor and the mirrors, gives the truck a more modern look to fit the Resto Rod theme. Now, custom make CB radio and FMRS antennas, will need to be roof mounted.
  15. Nice addition/detail to your build, helps tell the story behind this rig.
  16. Thanks Landon, starting to see the finish line on the truck.
  17. Doooooo it, it’s actually been fun just building without instructions
  18. Some detailing today. Decals will be minimal and need to tell the story of a small private company truck, as this truck would not belong to a large corporation. Visor painted, will assemble it tomorrow. Giving thought to building a three axle lowboy trailer (got one of those kits) with hump fenders to match, with over size load of something. Squirrel 🐿️🐿️🐿️
  19. Thanks and yes the appointments are wearing me out, and still not many answers.
