  1. Looking really good Dan, you planning on building a display with a building to showcase?
  2. Quick update: chassis coming together, next building larger fuel tanks and starting on delivery box floor.
  3. Nice build Ken, might have seen this build elsewhere ??
  4. Welcome, alot knowledge and skill here
  5. Thanks for the link, stole some pics ?. Fantastic build, will be following.
  6. Added some detail, but where to stop. Wanted the motor to look well used but not rusty old. Used some details cues from the archives in this site, not sure how accurate I am but it will do until the next build.
  7. Possibly, also found another set of wheels and tires that might work.
  8. Sharp build, looks good
  9. Kit, where did you find a body like this, or did you build it? Big fan of the 48 to 55 first series trucks, not seen this before.
  10. Input needed: using the wider tires puts the tires just outside of the fenders. Bought two sets of flares for earlier Peterbilt and seem to fit fairly well. Questions: No.1 switch back to narrow tires? No.2 add flares to cover wide tires? no3: if using flares, should they go to the bottom of side skirts, which I could do by sectioning the second set of flares to extend length?
  11. Sorry for more question, but how did you cut it apart(what tool) and how do you make up for the saw curf (thickness of cut)?
  12. I might be odd man out here but, little old fashion I guess. Onkyo disk changer, receiver and speakers to rattle the windows. Lots of Metallica, Ozzy, Korn, Nickelback, you get the picture. My hobby room is above the garage.
  13. Question, did you use an axle that was molded in pieces, or did you cut apart a fully molded axle? I have heard of guys cutting apart axles to give them the ability to turn.
  14. Wow, nice build
