  1. Pretty much what my son said. I operate light rail and when I have to go into maximum braking to try to miss a car, they refer to it as "did you take evasive action" which I reply "yes, I swerved".
  2. Did this ever go anywhere? Nice bodywork.
  3. This sounds good... a definitely would have multiple applications.
  4. Wow...very cool. Well done and historically interesting as well.

I like it alot. Excellent engine detail work.
  6. This really messed with me.
  7. Well, obviously I walked in late... some very cool Fords there. Your builds are definitely an influence and I appreciate the history as well.
  8. Beautiful. 'Nuff said.
  9. Mr Kron you definitely have 32 Fords down to an art form. How about a 36?
  10. I think you'll like the Vallejo washes, I've started using them as well as some weathering washes. I'd like to check out their pigments... AK also is really good.
  11. We have two dogs, one is Monkey, my wife's rescue black pug. She's mostly blind and deaf, has had surgery for nasal conditions which were a result of breeding...she had recently again stopped breathing when she sleeps which results in her screaming and emptying her bladder. All-in-all She's happy, barks randomly when she loses my wife or just uncertain of what's going on. If there's any cooking, she's there and when there isn't she'll sit in front of the refrigerator. Lilac is my wife's other rescue pug. She hates vacuum cleaners, stairs and being picked up. (You don't pick up large dogs and she thinks she's a big dog, just ask her). The funny thing is she likes me more than my wife...but the one thing she loves the most is the blanket we keep on the couch during cold weather.
  12. Very cool build. I really like the models that aren't Chevy or Ford.
  13. One of my favorite cars, you did a great job.
  14. Yet, I might have a decent job, house, etc but some days I miss a certain herbal smell of smoke and listening to Pink Floyd way too loud.
  15. I got back to building after being away for 12-13 years, I've had to start over from Ground Zero literally. The help and feedback I've received here is great. I've received a few parts even though I've had nothing to trade in return. I've been able to send some things out which hopefully have helped others. Comments on my attempt to do weathering on my 29 has definitely lifted spirits especially from others whose builds I respect a lot. Technical information I've gotten from Ace-Garageguy has been invaluable. I mentioned a kit that Kit Karson sent me around Christmas, which I've been gathering parts for and will be my next build. The resin and help from 68shortfleet has been appreciated and the last news from him blew me away. Outside of this group, a couple of individual vendors have been really cool about answering questions and a couple of times even holding orders until I got paid. So, to the members here, I just want to say "Thank you ", this a great community of people. Charles
  16. I'm glad, I really think you'll like his product! Plus he's a great guy, for someone who's been taking way too much of my money.
  17. Google search brings another great build up... very clean build. I want to get this kit...
  18. I had that kit as a kid... you did a great job on this.
  19. Y-block with RMoM's tri-carb intake and either Offenhauser or Thunderbird valve covers...
  20. One of my favorite T-Bucket builds yet. Nicely done.
