  1. Anyone every bought from? A lot is "out of stock" but a few cool pieces available at decent prices. https://action-modeler.com/
  2. Mutism can be selective and triggered by anxiety.
  3. Okay, an Offenhauser 6 Stromberg set up for the sbc is now available from VCG Resins... now if I can just find someone who casts/prints the Edelbrock 4 Stromberg intake for the Flathead.
  4. That is good to respect others, you certainly don't have to agree or even follow their advice but treating them with a modicum of dignity is admirable.
  5. Follow the leader, oh that's just dumb advice usually.
  6. Things are likely not what they seem.
  7. Place the burrito on the table and back away slowly.
  8. The Europa is one of my all-time favorite cars. Cool purchase.
  9. I did see a roots style blower on a 48 Caddy (I'd love to see that available) with 3 Strombergs. I'll have to look for the Navarro prototype. There's definitely a lot out there that was/is done...either way it's a cool engine. 3D printing has definitely opened up a lot of options.
  10. Post what you like, it's the internet and it's not like just anybody can see it.
  11. I love both of those, they could sit in my side yard any day. I'm curious how you got the broken window effect.
  12. Just found and read this thread. I'm scared when Norm retires, a lot of old school parts will disappear, for example does anyone "print" Kinmont disc brakes or even a Harmon Collins magneto for flatheads and already he doesn't offer bodies to speak of anymore. 3D printing, I've spoken with a few and tbh, I can't justify the price of a printer, etc and though there's a lot of cool files on 3D Cult, etc I don't understand much about it. I am not really computer literate, I can Google search and I still use torrents for music (did I think that out loud?). I'm impressed with what is there in aftermarket parts and some of the good resin casters still working. I also understand the financial end, though I'm not on a "limited" income, I am severely limited to "free" money as opposed to my financial responsibilities. I definitely have to budget out my purchases... Just my limited experience and opinion and that and $8 will buy you a double mocha.
  13. The amount of thought in your builds always impresses me. I think the engine looks great. One odd question, what little Google searching I have done, I haven't been able to find a 3 carb set up for a SCoT blower in 1:1...have you seen any examples? Thanks.
  14. I love the perfection of the build and the history. Immaculate.
  15. The amount of detail is brilliant. The engine compartment looks 1:1. An excellent build, you should be proud.
  16. Very clean build. Wow.
  17. I want to do a 32 Sedan in purple, I like this color a lot. Looks great.
  18. VCG and Bolide Plastic Motor Works have now combined. I have had great experiences dealing with Josh, great communication and he's also making to order a pair of valve covers from one of his engine kits for me, which is cool since that's all I needed. He mentioned that he's willing to make to order parts from the different engine kits, though he doesn't list them individually. Mainly a maintaining inventory issue being a small business. Again, my respect to all of the individuals who are doing this business for the rest of us. A big thank you to you all.
  19. I'm definitely looking forward to this build. What engine?
  20. Okay, my last trunk post... now to the rest of the car.
  21. Definitely the 70s...down to the "foot" accelerator pedal. Of course I was just a kid back then but I devoured "Hot Rod Magazine " and dreamed.
  22. Just a nod to some of the other classes/options for the California Drags.
