  1. Looking great.
  2. I'm not sure what blowers were available with the Nailhead and I do think that your stock Nailhead is really well done...but I think that most demand for Nailheads are probably for hot rods not building stock Buicks. Just my 2 pennies.
  3. I'd love to go but... jealous of all the vendors who'll be there. Good luck to all.
  4. Eleven has nothing to do with the fact that all I hear is "Number Nine, Number Nine" running through my head.
  5. Deep Purple Paint It Black
  6. Cool concept nicely built. Nailhead? I do love me a Nailhead...
  7. Very cool. I do miss my vinyl collection still that I gave up back in 1990. Seems like I've given up a lot of things over the past few decades. Sigh.
  8. Looks fun.
  9. Two reasons, I can't justify a 1:1 model and second, it's one of the few activities I remember doing as a kid with my dad. He died when I was 14 and so I remember him when I build. Nothing exciting, my wife sees it as just playing with my "toy cars".
  10. That turned out great. Nice, clean classic build.
  11. I love the Gulf colors!
  12. My son's 4Runner...in front of our house.
  13. Screw-ups are easier fixed if you're willing to owe up to them in the first place.
  14. Mime is a much maligned occupation, though in the mid-eighties I was able to see a Marcel Marceau performance and it was excellent.
  15. This is just...wow.
  16. Hoping this build isn't dead.
  17. You can email him. Lookabillj@gmail.com or message him through here...he's a cool guy to work with.
  18. Bidet, you mean that's not a drinking fountain?
  19. Beautiful. Wow. One of my favorite cars but I hate the lack of detail in that kit, you did a great job.
  20. Jason, I'm excited to see this post. I've gotten several pieces and his work is great. Definitely filling in a niche needed for traditional rods!
  21. Very true... look at all the "doodle" mixes that became prevalent during Covid. Then with people going back to the "office" they have young, active dogs that have never been left alone and aren't trained and they don't understand the destructive behavior they now show because of separation anxiety. My wife won't let me have large dogs now that we're getting older because she says she doesn't want a dog that she can't pick up if necessary. I understand but I'm used to dogs big enough to just look at you as if you're dumb and not actually breaking them. Now, I have to drag my feet in the house. Though I will admit, our pugs both "know" that they're big dogs...
