  1. I have to ask... was anything ever done with the louvered hood? Ed said he just casts one for the 36 Ford. Charles
  2. I emailed Ed and though his Fokti says it's no longer available, he responded that he still had it. I'm getting one and pretty excited. Did the louvered hood ever get cast? I could use a couple Charles
  3. Because The Passenger is one of the best songs ever...
  4. Emailed Norm, once I hear from him, I plan on calling in an order. Good to know about the Revell 5 window, starting over, I just have one kit. I'm trying to finish one model so my wife knows it won't be like before, where I had a couple hundred kits, a ton of parts and nothing ever finished... Looking at the instructions online for the Revell 5 Window, I wonder if that's the part I remember from over a decade ago.
  5. Thank you, I might be remembering wrong. I had ordered this 12+ years ago before I has to get rid of everything and my wife will tell you my memory is bad...
  6. Didn't Replica and Miniatures of Maryland used to offer a 40 Ford dash that fit the Revell 32 Ford? Does anyone know the part number or if it's still available? Charles
  7. In The Beatles mood... Across The Universe by Fiona Apple. Heater Skelter by Siouxie and The Banshees
  8. Haven't read this entire thread but I do love all types of music. Recognized a lot of it. Feeling kinda post-progressive with a touch of a metal vibe. Porcupine Tree.
  9. No problems. I'm looking forward to seeing it. Charles
  10. Maybe the side bars?
  11. Thanks! Looking forward to it. Charles
  12. Okay, I'm dumb. Glad to meet you. Definitely interested!!!
  13. Texas 3D Customs is going to print this with his 327 sbc. I'm pretty excited about this, his work looks great! Edited cuz I can't thumb type.
  14. Oh, I can't do it... Texas 3D Customs is... I'd be interested in one though! Charles
  15. That would be great!!!
  16. That would be greatly appreciated! Very cool. Charles
  17. I've seen Goffer... not close to what I was looking for. I can't remember who the manufacturer had been, this was over 12 years ago, right before I had to get rid of everything. One of the builders on TRak board had turned me on to them. Anyway, closer to these... though I can't find these anywhere either.
  18. Not a bad idea. They were originally for the small block chevy...
  19. I can't remember who, a long time ago, someone printed nostalgic contingency decals sheets, including Bonneville Salt Flats with numerous years, Drag News, SCTA, etc... Anyone remember who? Charles Erickson
  20. Kit based Cragars, favorite is in the AMT 66 Nova.
  21. Modelhaus retired I believe. Back in 2018...
  22. Oh, that was a guy selling a 1:1. I just included the link for the images. Charles
  23. Does anyone cast or print (I can't believe the quality with 3D printing now) these? Years ago, someone cast one for me...and it went bye bye with all my models and parts back in 2009 (Man, I've been out of this for over a decade, when did I start measuring time by decades?). https://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/threads/edelbrock-tr1-tunnel-ram-sbc.1013223/ An idea of what they look like... Thanks, Charles Erickson
  24. Hey, my name is Charles. I had been involved with modeling and several old yahoo groups more then 12 years ago...MCL, Drastic Plastic, Straight Line Modeler and later TRaK. 2008, things went sideways, ended up moving twice and the last move had to get rid of everything. The 1st move I had gotten rid of most of my collection, the last move everything else. I lost track of the people I knew, and just recently decided I needed to get involved building again. Wow, prices have exploded...so now, starting out again with Nada but a desire to build once again. My main interest is both hot rods and drag cars, primarily pre-1970. I really am interested in late 40s to early 50s hot rodding. That's about it, besides a lot of questions... Thanks.
