  1. Amazing work. Love what you are doing with this rat rod. Hopefully the Oilers will pick up their play a bit.
  2. Coming along nicely.
  3. The model I purchased inside of Blender
  4. I just found this Blender 3D model for a C2 Corvette. It appears to be a mashup of a 1963 with the rear split window but has the front side vents of a 1967. However the price is right. Only 6 bucks. So I bought a copy to use in my 3D renders. Not sure how 3D print worthy it is as I do not own a printer. https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-models/car/antique-car/1967-corvette-stingray
  5. Never heard of this kit... But I did watch the show when it originally aired....Looks to be an interesting build.
  6. Very nice work....
  7. PS: I need to create an interior in the future, but this will do for a simple 3D render for Christmas....
  8. I recently did some updates to Santa's hot rod. My attempt was not to create realism, but going more for a somewhat cartoonish look... Merry Christmas everyone!!!! All the very best in 2023.
  9. I did this image a few years ago. I modeled Santa's hot rod from scratch in 3D using Wings3D and Sketchup. The basic scene was rendered in e-onsoftware's Vue. The render was brought into ArtRage where I painted Santa, trees and deer. Color adjustments where done in Photoshop.
  10. Excellent work...love it...
  11. What a cool ride...
  12. Do you mind if I ask which make and model you purchased? Again many thanks....
  13. Looks much better than any results I got via photogrammetry (3D Zephyr and my Nikon D7000 / Nikkor 50mm prime lens).
  14. Looks like a very nice model. Thanks very much for taking the photos and posting. Hey, I noticed in your stash not a single Chevy!!! You not biased are you?... LOL {just kidding)... Cheers & take care....
  15. Do you have a photo of it posted here as I would love to see it. Years ago I built the Monogram SVO Mustang-McLaren model. Sadly I no longer have the model as well as Tamiya 1/24 1970s Toyota Celica. I wish I still had both.
  16. Did the scanner arrive yet? Cheers & many thanks...
  17. In 1980 I purchased a brand new 1980 Ford Mustang Cobra with the 2300 cc turbo 4 and TRX suspension, manual shift. I sold it in 1983 when I purchased my 1960 Corvette (I still have the Vette). At the time I owned I also owned a 1974 Toyota Celica as well as the Vette and Mustang. I kept the Celica for winter driving. I often wished I would have kept the Mustang and got rid of the Celica as the young lad I sold it to wrote if off within an year.
  18. I would also like to add your garage diorama and props is top notch and looks so real...
  19. Outstanding work of Billy Gibbon's ride, the only thing missing are those 3 gorgeous ladies...LOL...
  20. Great idea. Love what you did with these 32 Fords!!!
  21. Love the detail, excellent model.
  22. Cool cars...
  23. Very nice!!!
  24. Used to be a fan of IMSA and SCCA Trans-Am but as I got older life got in the way. Great looking build.
