Lovely 917. Cannot go wrong with gulf colours. I should probably get one soon. Gt40 or 917 though... -

Are you sure you didn't break in, just shrink the real car down and put it in a bag? Looks so good the fit and finish -

That's a beautiful model, very nice -
That ended up being very useful Ordered a few different bits, some just as generic spares. But I've ordered 3 different sizes or American racing wheels 15x8, 15x10 for front and 15x14 for rear, should help work out the stance and things.. Ordered various small additional detail parts and the 67 body kit. Going to investigate the spoon idea first. Thanks for the tip

Torq Thrust Deep dish rims
Smilesperhour replied to Smilesperhour's topic in Car Aftermarket / Resin / 3D Printed
That could work. I've not yet ordered a set yet as few options most from USA so working out if ordering the wheels from some the eBay sellers is worth it or if I can find a cheap kit for similar price. I'll have a think but will let you know, thank you for the offer -
I'm currently looking for some suitable torq Thrust rims for my project. I can find a few on eBay (I'm UK based) but are there any kits people think could make good donners or after market sets. I'm think 15 inch rims, width I think could be added removed if needed (sure could think of way to do it). Width front I think will be 8/10 with the rears 10/12? But thinks may be case of eyeballing what looks right

Thanks Steve, Ambitious indeed but I'm going to take my time, and if need be will build things to practice ideas for this car. So it may lead to a few more smaller quicker builds. Rookie Error already, 1 Camaro has ended up at my parents address the other side of the country but still 1 heading to the correct place. When it gets here will start tidying up the body and work out what changes need to be made to match the real car

That's a very complex livery, looking forward to see what it comes out like. Purple looks good
