  9. There were a lot of local drag strips here in Southern California before real estate became outrageously valuable and insurance for the track and property owners became outrageously expensive.

  14. RFID scanner range should be less than 1/2 inch from the tap reader screen. I guess it's time to wrap my wallet in radio wave absorbing material and start wearing my tin-foil hat... (SERIOUSLY, I'm checking into RFID protection methods)
