  1. Accentuate the positive, eliminate the negative, and don't mess with Mr. Inbetween.
  2. Waistline will be fine if, when you dine, you stay within your line, avoid the fruit of the vine and recognize feeling full as your sign.
  3. That was one of the problems I dealt with when I owned my shop with each mechanic ASE certified, most as Master Techs. We had the reputation of being the shop in town that could accurately diagnose and repair problems that no other shop could, yet the "customers" that weren't our regulars expected our labor rate to be the same as the quick oil change shop down the street. Yeah, just try to get them to repair the sequential turn signals on your '65 T-Bird or replace the crankshaft mounted power steering pump on your '62 Lincoln...
  4. I was driving a work truck so I couldn't get a pic, but saw a like new Nightwatch Blue '66 GTO Convertible in Spring Valley, CA. It looked like it even wore Hurst mag wheels on all four corners.

  14. Welcome to the community and back to the hobby, Stephen. Hobby Lobby has their model kits discounted by 40% every other week. You can pick up the AMT '66 Chevy Nova Pro Street for less than $14.00. They also frequently provide no-charge shipping for orders of $50.00 or more, and their service is pretty prompt, orders ship from Oklahoma City.
  15. SUBSCRIBE! Model Cars Magazine is well worth the price and the irregular schedule due to Gregg's chronic back pain and challenges...
  16. Attention to detail is what differentiates a good finished job or project from a great one.
  17. Propriety, respect and appreciation are characteristics I see seriously lacking in our part of the world right now.
