"Plus if you have a USPS account you get a discount printing your own postage" USPS took away the discount for printing your own postage a couple months ago. It costs just as much to ship from home now as it does to take it to the PO and ship. The only thing you save now is time, but you have the added expense of printing.

Dave, That addresses the problem of ghosting on the top side, but still leaves the outline of the cut pattern on the bottom side of the hood, which to me is almost unrepairable. A template or even a second hood with the cutout already done would be the ultimate solution.

I do the same as Dennis. All my builds go in clear cases and then into my display cabinet. The boxes are pretty cheap using a coupon at Hobby Lobby. I'd rather pay a few bucks to keep the dust off as opposed to dusting my builds and taking the chance of knocking parts off or ruining the finish.
