  1. Thanks Dom ,I've been working part time now for VCI as a driver ,lately I've been shuttling new Horton /Ford F550's Rescue Medics to the FDNY shop in Queens ,,,I saw it there the other day ,,that lit the spark,,,I shoulda taken a pic ! ....next time

  4. These are the decals I got,,,the "FLEET SERVICES" I will make myself on inkjet decal paper
  5. I'm open to suggestions as far as the engine goes,,does anyone know of a 3D or resin aftermarket modern Mack engine ??????????

It will be similar to the unit in the picture,but not quite exact,,,,lol,I'm using GSMT's Mack Granite CV713 cab kit,,,close but not exact,,I have the Revell 1/25th Kenworth wrecker kit,,and the AMT R685ST Mack tractor and some FDNY decals,not sure what I'm doing for an engine ,,, no MP7 or MP8 resin or 3D out there that I know of....I could use the Maxidyne out of the R685 kit,,,I do have an Auslowe Cummins ISX laying around!!,hmmm ?? ##modeltruck## (globalscalemodeltrucks.com)

  13. Everybody pretty much had their own way of chassis setup ,,,, nothing cookie cutter back then! I woulda thought fer sure they ran coil overs with the way that thing squatted down in front! ..................................................Found this pic of an early Stepp B029 car

  17. Yeah, being retired does that,,,,lol ........I should have taken more pics,I don't think the engine was in it thats why they had the hood on,,,,just a roller,,that was there the same day the Green Hornet was ,,,,,Funny Car reunion at Englishtown .

  22. Thanks Roger......yeah ,,I have 3 different diameter rolls of solder and some real small stuff for electronics . No dehydrator I would wait a good few days ,,,,I picked up a cheap Chinesium dehydrator on Amazon,,, I use it all the time especially with the Revell Chrome Spray now ,, I use a lot of MCW enamel too so that shortens up the wait time substantially,,,, I'll shoot color and then the clear the next day
