    I'd be in it for that J car. That's one I built many many years ago that I would love another shot at. It's got to be good news that whatever tools are in existence won't be going away.

    Bare metal foil on the replica stock builds. So much more convincing than silver paint!

    One and done for me, unless you count NASCARs . I've built dozens of the Monogram and AMT stock cars with different livery.

    I had one too, slant 6, 3 on the tree, but it had windows. That rig was the most fun ever, like driving a bus sitting on top of the front wheels. Great model, I've got to get one of these.

    Welcome to the loony bin Anne. We all started somewhere, there's nothing stopping you from being every bit as good as anyone on here! I am totally impressed every day and learning still. Keep plugging on that stock car, you've got a good start.

    Great model! I just got this kit as a gift over the holidays, hope I can make it look that good. Love the big boats.
