  1. Very nice looking model. I like the 69 better than the 70 that everyone goes for. Great job.
  2. Amazing job on the models and the photos. Great work.
  3. Nice. I don't recall that car, was it Bobby Labonte in a Busch car?

Very nice, you captured the look well. Great job.
  5. Cool builds. What kits did you use? Love the old modifieds.
  6. Thanks for all the nice comments! I'm lately really into these 'big iron' builds from the 50s-60s. On the bench now is a 70 Monte Carlo that will be Bobby Allison's 'Coke Machine'.
  7. Amazing work, a beautiful model. I too would be interested in your methods, especially the 3D printing. Welcome to the board.
  8. Very cool model. I always thought the Fiero was a neat little car that didn't get enough marketing love from Pontiac. They were screamers with the 6 cyl, would be awesome with a V8.
  9. Google images is your friend. I believe they were tube-framed NASCAR styled type cars IIRC. Some research should find out if they had truck-arm live axles or independent rears, they all used a basic GM 358 ci engine. Probably your best starting point would be one of the ASA cars from Revell?
  10. Nice car. Ready for the A Main!
  11. Great model. Those old notchback Montes were great racecars, they're still using them in some classes at the local tracks. Keep up the good work!
  12. Awesome model. My dad had a '66 coupe in that color, you nailed the dash. Great job.
  13. Great looking model, very nice work.
  14. Pretty nice. I've got a soft spot for any Impala. A black wash on that grill would do wonders.
  15. Bill Stroppe Racing was big back in the 50's and 60's running Mercurys. This is my take on Parnelli Jones' ride #15. AMT Craftsman kit, I built it as a curbside. Cady decals, layering them really blows. Hope you like, comments welcome.
  16. Really nice model, Sam. I like it a lot!
  17. That is awesome Art! Great color choice, clean foil work. Outstanding.
  18. Nice clean model. You'll both treasure it in the future.
  19. 1/24 and 1/25. I don't have room to display the bigger ones, and my eyesight won't let me build the smaller ones!
  20. Add my kudos, great looking model. Very believable.
  21. Great looking 'shine car Scott. Those old boys were tough in them days.
  22. That is one nice model. Great job!
  23. Do a Google image search, there are many variations of the #5 Kelloggs car. The interiors of all the cars back then were basically gloss gray, black seat and dash.
  24. x2. I rarely use super glue, I do use a lot of liquid though, mostly Tenax. And Micro Krystal Clear as well.
  25. No shows around here close enough for me to attend. That's a big reason I love this forum, a chance to share pics and ideas with others without leaving the comfort of home. Before the Interweb I could only guess at what was going on in the real world.
