Very nice model. Those that give the most trouble during the build are the most satisfying when completed. I want to know what the designers were on back in the 50's! This, the Buick Riviera, not to mention bat-wing Impalas and the 59 Caddy. Those were some good chemicals.

Nice model. I'll bet weathering techniques from aircraft help a lot when you're slumming on an auto.

I've had this kit in the stash forever, started it years ago but never finished. Dug it out after Christmas and stripped the awful paint job, rebuilt as a curbside. The chrome is not perfect but I touched it up and it looks OK on the shelf. Just a quick (for me) build to get something completed and keep the motivation going for the other 3 on the bench. Comments welcome, thanks for looking.
