  1. Those are cool! Love the Firebird and the 'Judge". You had a good year.
  2. Very nice work. I've got that kit but didn't build the Ford because it was such a turkey, the old Lindberg mold? You did a great job, love the vent windows!
  3. Excellent, love the driver. Very nice job, makes mine look a little weak.
  4. I like the '40 Ford shop truck. Nice weathering. You have some interesting ideas for paint schemes!
  5. I did that, it was the door handle moldings that didn't want to lay down. There's a couple of wrinkles that don't show in the photos. 40 years ago sure seems like a long time
  6. I'll go out on a limb and guess it's a TL car
  7. Another beautiful build John. How do you crank them out? Are those kit decals on the tires or...?
  8. Thanks for the correction, Ed. It was a long time ago !
  9. I'm no expert by any means, but you need to upload your pics to a hosting site like Photobucket or Fotki. Then you "post" a new topic on the forum and add pics to it. There are threads on here that explain it in much greater detail. Welcome, and let's see your NASCARS!
  10. 1 more to the list of droolers. Awesome job!
  11. I'd park that in my garage! Nice job.
  12. Monogram curbside kit, only one I can afford of a Chaparral. Kit went together easily, had some issues with the door roundels. Several shots of Solvaset almost did the trick, but not as nice as I'd like. I love these cars, competing with Ford GTs, McLarens, Porsches, and Ferraris back in the Can-Am series. Comments welcome. Happy Holidays to everyone!
  13. I guess print isn't done just yet! Great to see all you folks still read. Has anyone else noticed the increase in typo's or incorrect words (i.e. here-hear)? It seems proofreading has been given over to the computers.
  14. It's OK, I hadn't noticed
  15. We like what we like. That's 1/2 the fun of forums like this, to see what creations come out of other folks deranged minds (sorry Dr. Cranky) ! Looking at other's work on here gets my mind going in different directions, and that's good.
  16. Awesome. Great job on all!

    It's a Safari

Not my cup of tea, but excellent job. Love the see-thru photo.
  18. Impressive! I like the green Firebird, but the others are sweet as well.
  19. I know it's old school to hold paper in your hands to look at pictures, but I like it anyway. I subscribe to Model Cars (of course) as well as Scale Auto. I also get 'Classic Trucks' because I'm working on a 1:1 '67 Chevy short step in my garage, and 'Rod & Custom' for inspiration for both models and the truck. What do you subscribe to (or buy on the newstand)?

Great Job. Hope to see more COTS on here. From the title I was expecting Jeff Burton, so I was pleasantly surprised. Where'd you get the decals?
  21. What a strange site. What were you looking for when you found it?
  22. Very nice. I've found that silver is just as tough as black to make look good. Another TL for the collection. Great job.
  23. Cool! Love this, no bling, no ridiculous rake. Very nice job.
