  1. @RomanIIGreat idea! One day I need to get one of those GreenLight Caprice to do some work.
  2. Your black Caddy is so cool! I did some work to a few of these promos a couple years ago and will be posting them in future weeks.
  3. Cool build! I like how you converted it to left hand drive!
  4. Looks awesome! I have three of these Geo Storm promos(green, yellow, & black) and been thinking about doing something to them for the future. Your car is inspiring!
  5. Well done! That's a nice looking build!
  6. Awesome creation like always! I have to get one of these new kits now.
  7. Looks nice! Especially like the top you made for it!
  8. Presenting my 1/25 scale MPC 1974 Plymouth Road Runner in Lucerne Blue Poly that was completed last year.
  9. Here's a build from a year ago. 1974 Plymouth Barracuda in Lucerne Blue Poly. This is my idea of what Mike Brady(Robert Reed) would drive if The Brady Bunch had continued for another season beyond March 1974. This is one car with a solid roof that Bobby Brady(Mike Lookinland) cannot ruin with his umbrella! There's one episode where Bobby, Greg, and his girlfriend are at the Drive-In and Bobby opens the umbrella when the top is going up. The sharp end of the umbrella rips the convertible top. The dude behind the wheel is the disco era man from the 1976 Dodge Dart kit. I took off a small slice of his belly and his bottom with a Dremel to make him slightly lower to fit inside my 1974 Barracuda. Prior to that his head was hitting the roof and the interior tub wouldn't close like it should.
  10. @Jim BThanks! Thought you might enjoy seeing this real Maverick. This survivor has been gathering dust in a parking spot beside a shop in Toronto for decades. Amazingly the tires never go flat. I think its owner puts in some air in the tires like once a year, or the car is sitting on blocks.
  11. Thank you all for the compliment! Much appreciated! @Ken Car-FanaticSome hard to find vehicles can also be obtained in the form of a kid's battery operated vintage police car. Once painted and detailed those things can look amazing. I got my hands on a few and when I finish working on them I'll post them all here.
  12. Thank you all for the compliment! Much appreciated!
  13. @mrmSorry for getting back to you late. I figured out how to reply to individual comments. The base car was the Maisto 1/26 scale die cast green Caprice Lowrider as shown in a few pictures above. There was a booth at the Canadian International Auto Show(CIAS) called Car Buffs that only sells die casts at various shows including the CIAS. I got three of those. One became this car, one will be a '85 Pontiac Parisienne, and maybe the other one can be a '82 Parisienne. Some good places to find models are ebay, kijiji(for Canada), Craigslist, swap meet, thrift stores, garage sales, and antique stores.
  14. @Leica007Thank you for that, but I'm okay for now. I bought two of the newer reissued '82 Dodge van kits and each of them come with two roof glass. One transparent and one tinted.
  15. @ZenThese cars showed up on ebay late last year. Maybe they'll show up again in future. For anyone wishing to own one, I would recommend checking ebay at least once a month and you might get lucky.
  16. That is amazing!
  17. Thank you all for the compliment! @XYHARRYThanks! I wanted this car to wear a shade of paint that was quite popular during the 1970s. One day I would love to build a replica of this stunning '73 Galaxie from Charlie's Angels which has a little more toned down green. The only way to build the '73 would be to get the model from a resin caster, but I wish a plastic kit existed.
  18. Thank you everyone for the compliment! Much appreciated!
  19. Nice build!
  20. Thank you everyone for the compliment! Much appreciated!
  21. Thanks for the compliment! Much appreciated!
  22. Awesome build and I like that idea! Maybe one day I'll try it too.
  23. I bought this car early this year. Limited Edition Unforgettable Cars in 1:24 scale die cast. These come with a magazine that tells the story of cars in Mexico, but I can't read it. Probably the whole thing is in Spanish. The title of the magazine is AUTOS INOLVIDABLES Colecciona Los Modelos Mas Populares. Note - I did not build or modify the car in anyway. The only thing I'll do is install license plates. People who are fans of these cars knows how difficult it is to find models of many once popular 1970s, 80s, and 90s American automobiles, so I'm sharing these pics so you fans know they do exist now. Other than this model the 1975 Dodge Royal Monaco may be available from the awesome resin model business known as Too Many Projects on facebook.

Diolex Production on ebay run by Oleks Dmitr based in the Ukraine made a resin kit of that 1989 Chrysler LeBaron body style. Now he's known as just Diolex and lives in Germany and ships from there. In Mexico this car was known as Chrysler Phantom and that's what it says on the deck lid of this model and on the box.
