Nice… Jo Han? I built mine when was 15 so not the greatest but ima restore two other cudas that are normal kits and one is goin to be a 70s replica and the other will be if Sox and Martin built it as today (turbo 426 monster ect ) love yours tho that’s for sure

May I ask what you use for insulation ….. I use the to smoke so it he internal wrapper was aluminum pleated so I use that but that was yrs ago so looking for other options

Did not get much done with this one as helped wife with her Opel gt cannonball car but did order some Toyota super white so they should mix it and have it ready for me tomorrow so I can paint it this weekend…. Did cut the vent windows out shaved the emblems (I’ll get pics tomorrow sorry guys) and made a cowl hood (used the stock “scoop” turned around and now body working that (again I’ll get pics tomorrow) got a show in 3 weeks so been trying to finish up 5 other builds for that but i promise I’ll post pics tomorrow y’all have good evening

Got engine wiring done and some fire wall details and a coolant system installed …. The front kinda made me feel it was low grade keeping the oem style so opted to use a coil over spindle mount style setup like a SN95 so I did that simple swap (sorry I did not get pics but it’s stupid simple to do) for the front 6pistob calibers and rotors on and mounted the wheels (did make a small 1.25 mm spacer to sit how I wanted them too ) made a radiator support cover support/mount added the horns and rear shocks and a gas tank sump (should have done before but oh well) core supports installed seat belts installed did some rear 6x9 speakers added a custom billet dash bezel to the dash for black face digital gauges …. Hope y’all enjoy I’ll get some more done later this evening maybe oh and ps yes that’s a Pepsi can in the cup holder

Windows … prop not I’m not spending a lot time on this build it don’t have to be perfect to a 1:1 car imo I’m just doin a fun build and want to spend a max of 2 weeks on this build …. the front aprons prop so since simple mode ….. I will delete the vent windows tho as the 1:1 that inspired this build is a one piece door window….I still have to decide on white wheel centers or the pepper red ?

Engine done and installed wired her up did dual 750 cfm carbs for the ole 514 cid FE stroker built a set of 180 degree headers and the front part the exhaust . Still have a ton to do and detail but it’s getting there …. Paint front inner fender bottom sides tomorrow and install coil overs to get stance just right hope y’all enjoy thanks

Imo I dislike the surfboard wing but a nascar inspired duck bill might fit the bill im currently doin a mild pro touring fairlane and also thinking of a wing of some sort … can’t wait to see more
