  5. Thanks Steve. I tried that and it works!! I want to get some building pics of different builds as reference pics. Thanks again.
  6. Somebody posts a real good pic of something and you want to print just the one pic. How do you do that? All I can get are are the posts that come along with the pic.
  7. That is really some diorama you have there, Manny. It looks so real!
  8. Interesting build. Want to see more pics as you progress with it.

  13. Come on, Christian. Let's be honest here. Do you really read Playboy, or are you like me and just enjoy the pics?
  14. Very interesting build. Worth watching the progress.
  15. a 56 Chevy 2 door post - my first and most favorite car of all time. I wish I had pics to show you. SMB w/4 barrel, station wagon springs in back to raise it up, white headers out the wheelwells, 4 speed. Seats came from a 64 Impala SS with the console. It was painted bristol blue. I'll be keeping an eye on this build.
  16. Coopdad - don't go now! HL is closed on Sunday.
  17. Hopefully everyone has signed up to get the weekly Hobby Lobby ad emailed to them. But if you haven't, next week August 2 - 7, 2010, HL has 30% off plastic and diecast model kits, 30% off airbrushess and compressors, and a 40% off any one item that isn't on sale.
  18. There's a group meets in Ocala. Don Garrett is hoping/planning to do a show at his 1:1 shop in Ocala sometime. If you hear anything about the Pinellas Park thing, please post.
  19. They all look pretty darn good to me.
  20. There's about 6 in a curio cabinet; 2 in their own display cases; 24 in 1 Carney plastic case and 8 in another. In my shop I have an old stereo cabinet with about 16 builds and garage diorama with maybe 15 builds.
  21. Thanks Josh. I'm clean for 5 years now. I'd be the purple.
  22. And there's the DuBro tubing bender too. A pic if it is in Romell's '67 Chevelle hot rod thread. HobbyLinc has it for $7.99.
  23. Way, way, way back, the was the XR-6. It was molded in black plastic as I recall. I think it was a T-bucket with a turtle deck. The cycle fenders were kinda squared off. Had one but it's been gone for a thousand years or more.
  24. You can cut aluminum tubing in a small miter box (I have an X-Acto unit), After cutting, use a small, fine file on the cut portion, then carfully run the file over the edge to remove burrs. Finally, take your Z-Acto knife and clean out the inside of the tube. Works for me every time. I have a Deora screaming to be built. When I do it won't have the slant 6. I think I have a slant 6 in my parts bin too.
