  1. Now take a pic of each and every one of those beauties ...
  2. As per the rule book, the wheelbase had a minimum length of 100" (at least through 1969). No mention of maximum.
  3. Thanks for noticing that. I'll need to search for it.
  4. Can't post a picture. Checked the contents carefully this time. Decals say 392 Hemi. Instructions say 354 Cadillac. My error. And those sure ain't Hemi valve covers. Looks a lot like below. I'd say it's the Caddy, Rats.
  5. Supercharged 427 Ford, 354 Hemi with four or six carbs. Nothing chromed.
  6. Huzzah! Arrived this AM. Haven't opened it yet. Too busy with work.
  7. Actually, Mike, he went from the Vette into a '41 Willys and a blown 392 Hemi. https://www.chevyhardcore.com/features/dream-garage-big-john-mazmanians-61-corvette-drag-car/
  8. "... or require hood explosive devices (at considerable extra cost) to immediately push the hood upward if there is a pedestrian impact, again creating a cushion for the wayward pedestrian." Like the reactive armor on a tank?

  10. From what I've seen in the latest catalog, they've corrected the spelling. Now if they'll only release the damned thing ...
  11. I love Junior Stock. Excellent job.
  12. Same here. Good folks.
  13. I lived in the city for a dozen years. You get real good at parallel parking, and that includes parking on either side of a one-way street.
  14. Same here with part # 16. I dropped them an email; should hear back in a couple days.
  15. Power windows are a benefit. When the guy riding shotgun had the mashed turnips for lunch and they kick in, if you're adroit enough you can get all four to lower at once.
  16. Heated seats. Didn't know the car had them. My buddy turned them on without telling me and I thought I had an accident.
  17. I remember the screws, hood clip, hold-down washers, and white wall stickers (which I could never center properly).
  18. Good stuff! We need more altereds!
  19. Back in '69 I learned on a 1961 Dodge Lancer wagon (the A-body before it became the Dart). Rust, slant six, rust, push button transmission, rust.
  20. There's also this fix ... I joke, but I'm going to order at least two of them.
  21. I fixed the box cover.
  22. Got an email from them alerting me to a future pre-order. Anybody have an inkling as to which two engines are included?
  23. Oh, and nothing molded into place. Exhaust, drive train, suspension, gas tank, seats, wipers, brake reservoir, etc., etc. all separate. Let me decide what goes onto my model.
